I came inside this McDonald’s for the first time today and was very pleased with my experience. It’s been a long time since I have been in a McDonald’s and had a pleasant interaction with an employee. This McDonald’s is doing it right.
Every employee that I saw was busy working hard with a smile on their face. Breonna at the register was making sure that every customer who walked in was greeted joyfully and taken care. They helped me to purchase a gift card for Christmas and made sure I had everything I needed.
The team member who was helping with curbside today also helped to call out my order when it was ready. They reminded me to check the bag and let them know if they provided all of the sauces that I needed with my meal.
The dining room was very clean and overall I am just really happy with my experience today. I took my order to go, but atmosphere made me actually want to stay and eat there if I had the time.
Everyone was warm and kind and doing a great job. Thank you for brightening my day during the holiday season. Your hard work and good attitude work really makes a difference.

They were total rock stars, and very kind and patient. We head over 40 Monopoly orders in 1 day my son wanted to share our ice cream (since we couldn’t eat it all) with all the kids in the play area. And the employees were right there making it happen for him. Thank you guys and we loved the play area

Sidel was wonderful in the drive through. True gem. Sneezed roughly 15 times before greeted on drive thru and he comically abetted my wait time. 10/10 no notes. (Him specifically . Fries were slightly cold)

I have never received such positive and upbeat service at a McDonald’s! Kenneth took my order with the most enthusiasm I’ve ever experienced in service immediately bringing a smile to my face. The rest of the team were killing it as well, and I just had to pull off to leave this review. Whoever is in charge, please recognize Kenneth for how amazing his work ethic and attitude are!

I decided to stop for dinner at this location and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time a employee from this location got into and argument with a customer talking about weapons hollering in a very serious tone of voice I did fear for my life from the stuff they were talking about don’t want to mention it in here but it’s awful so many kids and families at this location when the incident occurred I didn’t even get to eat right . Hope something was done about this matter. This happened 04-27-25 dinner time .

Love there’s a place close to get oysters. On the menu my husband and I have yet to find something that we absolutely love but the staff is the best. Love the atmosphere especially the back patio.

Even though everyone already knows what to expect from McDonald’s, this location really stands out. The service here is friendlier and feels more personal than in many other branches. The staff take the time to make sure customers feel welcome, which makes visiting this place a very positive experience.

Food was fresh and good. Service was a little rough. They had ran out of ketchup, there was a trash can with an unchanged bag outside and it was there since I got there and still there once I left just like the rest of the things in this picture. They left out their cleaning rag and spray. A broom and dust pan, a black trash bag. Oh and I told the register employee the ketchup was empty and not once did he go and switch or replace it. I was trying to do it myself but they had the little door locked underneath. Also the front register guy who was taking the food and just went and put the food out and never offered a refill or sauces. I had to go get sauces myself and i had to wait upfront for a bit of awhile. As you can see one of the managers in this picture. In my opinion it was poorly handled last night. I will also be submitting a McDonald’s review on their page.
