Showed up today around 10:30pm and received a few items. To preface, we live in the area and this is the 10th+ visit to this McDonalds. Burgers are thrown together without any regard to what they look like, half the ingredients weren’t even on the burger. The food was cold on-top of that. No sauce when we ordered 2 six piece nuggets after clarifying the sauces twice. In the past if you show up past midnight even though they are supposedly 24 hours no-one will answer the drive-thru. I have knocked on the drive-thru window and they completely ignore me as well. For being 24 hours I don’t know what the problem with serving customers is but they don’t want to do it between 12-4am. Service during the day is alright but they will always forget food as well. Not a great McDonalds, terrible service, and even worse attitudes from the staff.

Update ……. Oddly enough back here 10/17/25 6:30 pm. Young man again is amazing and sweet at the first window and lady at the second is very rude. Let me sit there forever waiting on a coke and apple pie. That’s it. While she continues to make like everyone’s drink in line and then she ask me what was my drink and I told her so she gave me a random small drink and I said it was large and then she grabs another drink and hands to me AGAIN literally spilling it as she is handing it over and doesn’t say thank you or anything. No im sorry. Nothing No social skills at all. She gives me the death stare and I said well thank you very much !!!!! Wow. I do expect more from McDonald’s as much business as you get and the ONLY reason I still come with no kids is the good drinks ,affordability, accuracy and service. I’m not sure if this girl has some type of mental health diagnosis but if so then maybe put her in the back. Certain people are good for the window.

Lady that hands me the drink wearing a button up so I assume some type of manager ish. Idk. Extremely rude. Hands me my overfilled drink. Watched it spill all down my arm and walk off. I wait and wait for her to come back and ask for napkins clearly I’m drenched and she hands me napkins. Does not apologize and walks off. Like what in the world do we live in that people think they should act this way and get paid. The young man working the first window had better service and maturity. Just ridiculous and I’m on my way home so for me to sit here and write this means it was pretty bad.

This was one of the worst MCDONALD’S I’ve been too n a long time . My family and I waited for 17mins for our food , sit on the counter for 9mins . We went up there to ask if it was our food and they said yes but forgot to call the order number out then when they Decide it To remake it they messed up the order and got mad that they had to remake it again and then I asked for extra pickles they gave me 2 and when I went up to the counter to get some they told me I could only receive 2 more bc they refused to let me have some bc they had messed up 3x on one order make no sence! I am writing to formally report a very concerning experience I witnessed at one of your locations. I will have this escalated as soon as I can get the number to report it.
During my visit, I personally observed the General Manager, who was identified by another employee as Alejandra, repeatedly cursing at employees and speaking to them in a demeaning and disrespectful manner. Her language and tone were unprofessional, hostile, and completely inappropriate for a leadership role—especially in front of customers.
What was most troubling was that this behavior appeared normalized, not corrective or isolated. The employees looked visibly uncomfortable, and the environment felt tense and demoralizing. This type of conduct not only impacts staff morale and well-being, but also reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand and its stated values around respect and professionalism.
I believe management behavior like this warrants immediate review. Customers should not witness verbal abuse in the workplace, and employees should never be subjected to it—particularly by a General Manager.
I am bringing this to your attention because I believe corporate leadership would want to be aware of behavior that undermines both employee safety and customer trust. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

This is the absolute worst Mc Donalds I’ve ever been to and I’ve been all over. I have given this location multiple chances and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are extremely slow, wait for more than 20 min slow and on top of that, more than half of the time the order is incorrect to some degree. Either get someone from the Burleson or Cleburne locations to come in and teach the employees how to make that place run properly or just shut it down and stop wasting every one’s time and money so a better fast food place can take that spot.

Shows to be 24hr. Last two nights ive came through the drive thru around midnight. No one answers after sitting in drive thru for 5 mins. Employee cars in the parking lot and can see employees inside. They just don’t want to serve anyone. Don’t show your business as 24hrs if no one wants to serve customers.

Ordered breakfast on the app. Checked in the drive thru 5 minutes before breakfast cut off even heard the person in front of me order breakfast. But when I get to the drive thru with 3 minutes to spare I was informed to meet the breakfast cut off I had to be to the “window” 3 minutes before the cut off. And they couldn’t cancel my online order i had to do it. Just people being lazy and obnoxious and not wanting to do their job. Not all the employees there are like this but most of the girls are. It’s like a bad group of bullies that gang up on the good employees. It really is sad. I felt bad for some of they young guys there that where lower on the totem pole and not in the mean girls bully club.

I’ve tried giving this place multiple chances but tonight when me and my friend went, they forgot our chicken nuggets and the Large Mocha Frappé was actually just a plain vanilla shake without even any coffee. Even after I’d asked the gentlemen if it was actually a Mocha Frappe he said it was. You’re better off going to the Burleson location. At least there my orders correct without missing anything 9/10 times. The only things that’s actually improved is the service you get when interacting with employees.

How long does it take to get food out? Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes on a damn quarter pounder. Which we all know McDonald’s food is not fresh its frozen. Secondly the burger taste disgusting like they didn’t cook it long enough. The boy was very rude when he handed me my burger. 100% would not recommend this McDonald’s. It makes Waffle house look good

This whole restaurant is only teenagers working and heaven forbid something goes wrong because you will be there for 30 minutes with no help or answers. I ordered on the app and apparently they were out of the toy I selected for my kids meal. Instead of giving me a different toy they sat there debating forever how to fix the problem sending me to wait at all 3 windows before finally telling me to cancel my app order and come inside to redo it, WHY!? I wanted the same exact food just give a different happy meal toy. I’m not getting my two kids out for something that is supposed to be FAST food. Once we figured out how to cancel my app order my reward I used wasn’t attaching again. They need some grown ups working in here.
