So when you have austic child. I ordered french fries online. Go through drive thru. No one answers. Then another car pulls up and they’re waiting on them. I like what the heck. I pull to the window and lady says I’m helping both speakers. I’m like uh no you were not. I try to show her my mobile order and she says I can’t help you. Pull to next window. The next window says same thing. I pull back around to be told my order was canceled. But withdrawal from my bank. Needless to say. I have an austic child in meltdown. Probably the worst McDonald’s location in D/FW. I have to ask for ketchup every single time I go through the drive thru. Even if I ask for it at the speaker they throw me my order when I pull up and I still have to ask for ketchup. On top of that, I want there tonight and ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and got home to find I have a spicy chicken sandwich.

Came here around 945pm , Wednesday, August 13th… I had never been here. 2 of our fries were missing in our to go order. And when I was handed fries after waiting another 15 minutes to get soggy fries, they were half empty … I didn’t make a fuss. Well when I was about to walk out I noticed the calendar at the entrance and hand written on it is “Left Handers Day”. So I went in and asked the mngr at the cash register what the calendar was all about and what Left Handers Day meant… she sd she had no idea that since she works night shift she isn’t given any instructions about that and has nothing to do with the calendar I asked for an email or phone number to speak to someone that would know what that calendar means. She sd she didn’t know anything bcuz the location is new . That they only opened in April… april? What?? April was 4 months ago! That is plenty of time to understand what to do and get instructions/ details pertaining to guests, especially as a manager. Definitely kinda crazy.

I ordered the filet o fish meal (large size) and paid $10.16 for it. Only to get home to find that my sandwich had more tartar sauce on it that it had “fish”. And the cheese……
If pay for a complete meal, why can’t I get a COMPLETE meal? My sandwich was made with a half slice of cheese, and it was halfway off the bun and melted onto the cardboard box that it came in! At least I can say that my fries were good and fresh!

I understand being busy and missing a item here and there but this seems to happen on the regular. I’m only posting this now because of the incident that just happened. I got 2 meals and added 2 snack wraps and a mcdouble. They didn’t put one of my snack wraps in the bag so I told them and they fixed it. Once I got home I ate one without a problem but the next was raw. It was pink and had a rubber texture.

I keep trying to give this new McDonald’s location the benefit of the doubt but it’s impossible. I’ve come here at least 4 times now and EVERY single time they get my order wrong or incomplete.Except tonight they just didn’t get my order to me at all. I went to order a 1 meal. It was a double cheeseburger with fries and drink. I get to the window to pay. Everything is going fine so far. Get to the next window and the guy looks confused and asks what drinks I ordered. I said med coke. He hands it to me closes windows the. Comes back and asks me to pull up to wait for my food. Ok weird it’s literally just 1 meal and every car behind me is getting their food and leaving. I wait another 5 minutes. Finally park and go in. The lobby is full of people waiting! And there’s not one single person at counter. The guy in front tries to wave someone down and they tell him to wait. Another 5 minutes pass before what looks like the manager comes to the front. Takes his order then I hand him my receipt. While he goes in the back to “find” my order, a woman ask me , are you waiting for your food to because I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes and no one has brought it out to me”. At this point either this place needs a new manager or completely new staff. I won’t come back here. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other McDonald location EXCEPT this one. Oh and ALL of my food was cold and fries were stale.
