Both burgers were partially raw. Chicken nuggets were ice cold, there’s no way they were fully cooked either. Bacon 1/4 pounder had no bacon. Had a few bites of each before realizing they weren’t fully cooked and have been in the bathroom since 6am. Uber arrived at this location 20 minutes after order was placed and he had to wait another 20 minutes. He stated that there was only 1 car in the drive thru.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The smell was worse than a porta potty, the trash hasn’t been taken out in who knows how long, and there was NO toilet paper at all in the ladies room. Just gross.

The service is great but certain foods I wouldn’t order again. I ordered the new chicken biscuit sandwich the chicken looked overcooked it was dark as if the grease wasn’t changed the biscuit and chicken sandwich was hard I couldn’t enjoy wasted money. My kids and I come here atleast twice a week and usually have a good time, this particular time however was a disappointment. The young lady at he front that took my order was very rude and made me feel unwelcome. The food came out good like it always does so a big thanks to the cooks. When we walked in the building, my wife headed to the rest room, I went to find a table. The first thing I noticed was none of tables were clean, and trash was left on the tables and floor. When my wife returned from the rest room, she stated that we might want to leave because it was really nasty. I went to checkout the men’s. It was nasty.We went ahead and ordered. When I went to get drinks, the machine was out of drinks. You can’t make this up! I drank water. My wife drank some concoction of Diet Coke. The food itself was alright. As I was leaving, I overheard one of the workers cussing and bragging about chewing a customer out about their order. Whoever is running this store needs firing asap. This is embarrassing for McDonalds. If you want some Mickey Ds, go find another one. Don’t waste your time!

Ordered a quarter pound cheeseburger meal with a Dr Pepper. When I drove up to the pay window the associate asked what I ordered???? I told him that I ordered a quarter pound cheeseburger meal with a Dr Pepper. When I picked up my order only my drink was ready. I was asked to pull into a numbered slot and wait. I pulled in and took a long drink of my soda. YUCK! It was a DIET drink. When the other associate brought my food order I explained that I had ordered a regular Dr Pepper but was given a diet drink. She took the soda back and returned with another. I drove away. When I went to eat my meal I noticed that the meat was very thick. I looked on the box and it said DOUBLE MEAT PLAIN. There was nothing on my burger. Apparently I had gotten someone else’s order. Not good McDonald’s. I am sure the other person who got my order was not happy either.

It is very hard to say anything positive about this location. They have all the needed nessacitys and people, However very poor. Work ethics . The food is never new. it’s always hrs old.. The people could careless how your day was they are more worried about what message that go on their phone.. The location is Prime, and Building is newer and updated. However, with the amount of customers they get, they could do 1000% better. Also there Ice cream makers isn’t broke they Just don’t clean it at night so they choose to cleaning at lunch when they know they have the most amount of people. .
