The first time I came through the drive through. They did not include any nuggets on my order, when I only ordered nuggets a nugget happy meal and a large fry. Today I went back to this mcdonald’s went through the drive through, they got my order correct this time. However, there was a bug crumbs from some other type of food and hair in my french fries. Unfortunately for me, I only noticed this after eating my sandwich. I’m disgusted the food is always overcooked and apparently the restaurant is not clean either.

Ordered from McDonald’s recently and it was a great experience. Using the in-store kiosk made ordering quick and easy, and everything came out exactly as requested. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly and efficient. It’s a dependable comfort-food stop, made even better by how smooth the whole process was.

I am not a fan of an “all kiosk” restaurant, so I studied the menu board to find my choices. A manager soon came to me and I ordered a Senior coffee, a small Coke, and a Bacon Double Cheeseburger with extra pickles. They don’t have a Senior soft-drink here as they do in Rockwall. While I filled my Coke, the manager brought my order to me and pointed out the correct lid, straws, and napkins. Very polite and very helpful. The burger was very good and the coffee is always good, too. I snuck a sip of my wife’s Coke, and it was good as well. This is a great place to stop if you are ahead of your schedule to pick up an arriving passenger at DFW Airport. Happy Trails to You!

I ordered oatmeal and got a container of oatmeal soup! I also ordered a McGriddle with sausage and cheese and got cheese only. Next time I’ll just tell them to give me what they want me to have. Am I disgusted with this order, yes I am!!!

if i could give one star i would. this place is not only slow as heck but the staff are unhygienic. a blonde lady has her hair down and keeps touching her face while serving food. the worst service i’ve ever experienced in my life. same blonde claimed they had been calling our order for a while when we were right at the counter and not a single person said the order number. i understand it’s new years but they should work a bit better considering they’re getting time and half at least for even been here today. horrible horrendous people. worst staff i’ve ever met

This McDonalds is THE WORST! I’m a door dasher and every time I come here the employees are always ignoring the customers. People will be waiting at the counter trying to get their attention. I literally saw an employee playing Roblox on her phone while 5 people were trying to get her attention. If you come here expect to wait 20 minutes to get your food especially if you’re a door dasher. I recommend finding another McDonald location to go to.

The overnight experience for this location is always terrible. Placed a mobile order at 11:40. When I arrived, it took their crew ten minutes to say anything at the drive thru. There were only three vehicles ahead of me. All I did was place an order forca single quarter pounder and it took half an hour for me to get my order. This place is either understaffed, or both their employees and the managers are not trained well.

Had 2 burgers and a drink … tried to order from kiosk but didn’t work. Tried ordering from app said they weren’t taking orders at this time. Stood at the counter for 13 mins to be told to order at the kiosk. Informed them it isn’t working and what the app told me she acted as though I was lying and told me to prove it.. eventually after 7 times being kicked back to the main screen and re ordering on the kiosk I was able to get to a payment screen then it froze up when trying to use debit card. Had to redo the whole thing again and printed a ticket to pay at counter. I then stood there for 10 mins while they fought about who was gonna take food to customers in line waiting outside before I was noticed and my payment was taken… didn’t really have to wait that long for my food because while I was waiting I heard them say a quarter pounder was extra and it was set aside not thinking about it the I got my bag and left. Get half way home and look my burger that was suppose to be a double quarter pounder was on a regular quarter pounder. Probably most Def the one that was sitting. I tried to call and phone said not taking calls at this time. If I could give negative starts I would!!!

The entire time when I come here it’s drive thru. Normally I get my all my food good. But lately it’s been extremely slow. Maybe like 4 cars and it’d take 30 minutes? And then the drinks every now and then would taste nasty like soapy.

I don’t even see how ya’ll have a 3.3 in ratings! I don’t mean to be a negative Nancy, but this establishment is completely trash! The breakfast is decent. But when night time falls the crew is lazy and unprofessional and love giving out old and cold food. I waited 15 mins for a medium fry because I asked for fresh fries. I had to walk inside and tell them I been waiting that long just for them to give me cold fries I literally left upset! I don’t know who’s the manager but ya’ll just need to do better as a whole cause that’s ridiculous! I live nearby so imagine how many times I’ve had to make them recook my order. God forbid you order from DoorDash ♀️
