This Place is the worst you have a rude person running the drive-through being rude told me that I shouldn’t order no salt on my food next time. I said excuse me he closes the window on me lol Then I told him that there was no sauce in the box he told me that I was lying, I gave it back to him so he could check and then he touches all my food with his dirty hands, then is ridiculous about the sauces gives me a handful of sauces I said I just need the two thanks! when I asked him for his name, he said that he’s not allowed to give me his name so everyone be on the lookout for this guy since he doesn’t have a name here’s his face

Okay I just placed an order via uber…. 4 sandwiches and guess what they sent me 1. I called the store and guess what the employee told me you should call uber for refund? What seriously !!! I should have checked the reviews I swear customer service is worst… food and everything atleast get the order right……

Check your food before you leave. I ordered a Big Mac meal and a quarter pound deluxe meal with added bacon. Paid 2.19 for that bacon but even after having to wait for my food the be made I arrived home to find no bacon and if I combined both fries into one they barely made one full order.

I am very disappointed in this location to an assist a customer. I purchased a hot coffee from location in Irving. On my way 183 W. The cup happen to have a hole in it and was dripping all over my car inside my cupholder. So I went to the next location to see if I can get some napkins in a replacement cup for my coffee. I spoke with the counter service and she told me that they cannot replace my cup of coffee because it was purchased from another store and it was a policy. This is the problem with human interaction is that there is no teamwork to help a customer out in a time of need not only did the hot coffee drip on my leg now I will have to go to clean my vehicle but for a location not to assist me to be a brand together of team members is unacceptable. The manager Jennette refused to replace my hot coffee that I had for seven minutes from another location. To McDonald’s this cup of coffee is pennies however the loyalty to disturb a happy loyal. Customer is very disturbing for this location. Sometimes you need to evaluate the situation and make the best decision on behalf of your company and for the company of this location, I ask you to review this and get back to me

Placed an online order and did not receive correct items. Ordered one plain chicken biscuit and one bacon egg and cheese with three hashbrowns. I did not receive the bacon egg and cheese I actually received another chicken biscuit with hot honey which I cannot have.
Phone lines are also turned off so I could not call to report.

My son wanted to try the new Chicken Big Mac. He liked it. It tastes like the regular Big Mac but with chicken instead. All other standard items met expectations. We used curbside service, which is nice.

First time here since the remodeling was done. I usually order from the electronic kiosks, so I don’t really experience any customer service issues. Employees all seem nice when they bring out your food.
Kids enjoyed the playground, but it’s a bit smaller than other Mc Ds in terms of seating and table space around the playground and in general.

Ordered a hot and spicy mcchicken and received a regular mcchicken. But a hot n spicy is more. Which I paid more for but didn’t receive! They mislead by food because it was even wrapped in the hot and spicy wrapper and I wasn’t able to go back. Fries also had no salt! And I didn’t receive my monopoly sticker. Do not recommend this McDonald’s at all
