Upon going through the drive-thru, we were first instructed to pull forward to the 1st window, then told by the male employee to proceed to the 2nd window — without receiving a receipt. At the 2nd window, we were again told to move up to the 3rd window. By this point, we had already waited a long time.

At the 3rd window, the female employee handed us the wrong order and then asked for the McDonald’s bag back after it was already inside our car. We waited yet again for the correct order, which took several more minutes. When she finally returned, she handed us the food but no drinks. When we mentioned it, she asked what we ordered — something she should have already known from the order screen.

We explained that we ordered two orange juices and one large iced coffee. She handed us the two juices and a medium iced coffee. When we corrected her and asked for the large we paid for (and requested a receipt), she took the drink, disappeared for a while, then came back with a large iced coffee — and said she “doesn’t have the receipt anymore.”

At this point it felt deliberate, as though she didn’t want us to have the receipt so we couldn’t complete the survey. She also never gave us any straws.

Additionally, our McGriddle sandwich and large iced coffee did not have Monopoly stickers, which was a major reason we came to this location in the first place.

By the time we finally left — after more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru — our food was cold and the iced coffee had caramel in it, which is not what I ordered and tasted awful.

This entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and frustrating. I feel like both my time and my money were wasted.

I do not intend to redeem the BOGO reward for completing the survey because I won’t be returning to this location. I am submitting this feedback solely so management is aware of how poorly this visit was handled and can take corrective action — particularly regarding the female employee at the 3rd window, whose attitude and behavior reflect very badly on this McDonald’s.

Every stinking weekend!!!!!!! Was in drive thru least 25 mins. Got food let them know i had no spoon or creams or sugar. Sooo I decided to check oatmeal while I waited. COLD WATER. I informed her when she came back finally. She gave me the FORK ?? Then I had to ask for cream and sugar AGAIN. THEN she took the cold oatmeal back and when I got it back it was full to the top with water. NOTHING but a bunch kids working in there. Need new management on weekends!!!!!!!!

If I could I would leave one star only! The customer service here is terrible. I tried to tell the crew members my order was incomplete and they just brushed it off and giggled? Nor the manager or the workers could help me. Stood there for more than 30 minutes which is ridiculous! Came back the next day for a refund or something regarding what had happened and the manager David, took the time to talk to me but said he can’t say “what happened and what didn’t happened” since he wasn’t here. Thankful for his time but overall dissapointed for the service I got here.

I go here often, usually only drinks, sometimes the app offers free fries with a drink purchase. While waiting on service, noticed an employee pick up a happy meal box off the floor, fold it open and put food in it. He actually let the person working the drive thru serve it. When the cashier came to take my order, I told him about it. I asked him to get me a manager. The same person who did the dirty act, was the manager. I asked him why would he do that. He told me to my face, that he didn’t do it. Said it never happened. I looked him right in the eye a asked him how did he have the nerve to lie right to my face about something he did less then 5 minutes ago. I asked his name. MARTIN ALVEREZ. He then joked about it with the crew as I was filling my drink. I went back for my usual, since then. I see he is not always the manager, but he is usually working the package area.

This place has it nailed down but there one thing. You say you bring food to the table and 2 weeks of coming here, you never have….. Maybe it time to take the sign off the table before you find yourself in court

This McDonald’s was top notch. Stephanie & Joselyn were very attentive to every customer who came in and exemplified great customer service. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with fries- my quarter pounder came out EXACTLY how I wanted it to be- no pickles no mustard and no ketchup- my order was fulfilled perfectly with no errors and the fries were just delightful! The fries had just been made fresh which was an added bonus. There was a lady who came up & started to get an attitude with them and complain, they still exemplified great customer service back towards her and I honestly was very impressed with both of these young women. I’m sure it isn’t easy to work in food with all the alarms going off and everything moving so fast paced but these ladies had everything handled to the nines. I wish there were more people to spread positive reviews beside spewing negativity and complaining like that lady was doing.

Food was alright, warm but not fresh, the service was horrible. I placed my order in at the Kiosk at 11:58pm. 9 other people order after me and they got their food first. At 12:21 I finally got my order after asking twice and they didnt even care that I was asking for it

Has to be the absolute worst Mcdonals. No visit here ever goes smooth. They either mess up the order, or they take a very long time and still mess up the order. So before you leave, double check everything.
