I visited tonight at 8 PM and was helped by what seemed to be a new worker i havnt seen him at this location before in the drive through. I didn’t get his name but he was a big friendly guy with curly hair. He was super nice , made sure my order was correct and confirmed. He had the biggest smile and was super polite. Great service, i’m a service manager at a restaurant myself and was very pleased with his service! Great work !

I get an iced coffee nearly everyday with espresso and they make it right EVERY SINGLE TIME! Unlike other locations who forget espresso or make it too sweet. Not to mention they are always pleasant and fast! My FAVORITE location by far!

This is one of the better McDonald’s in the area, and they still have a drink station in the dining room which is a big plus. The food is almost always very fresh. Not a huge fan of the mismash of tables and seats but that’s out of their control. The employees are friendly but why bother giving me the table tent that says the food will be brought to your table when they’re just going to stand at the counter and call the number out? The last time it was the person who appeared to be the manager in charge who did that.

Hello, so I have heard from a dear family member of mine that something occurred while she was getting food for me and my siblings, a man by the name, Josue, gave my mother a bad attitude. She of course was very displeased, and so she told us it, and I remembered, although this happened a while back in 2025, I believe that the workers of this restaurant should be able to maintain their attitudes towards some customers, if not, I don’t see a reason not to complain. Josue had a different attitude when my mom saw him again, I believe it was because me and my sibling were with her, who knows. But that it all I shall say, good day.

This is THE WORSE McDonald’s I have ever been to and theyre on a streak for how many times I tried to just continue to just enjoy McDonald’s but no! I will not return to this location ever even tho it’s my closest one. They always have an attitude or lack good customer service and ruin my mood every time I come like just now the same girl at the window from like the other day who made me go to a different location yesterday I still went here and the same girl was pointing at me um I can’t hear you rudely and messed up my simple request for ketchup “hot sauce” why do I need hot sauce for my burger like ? Very rude and the worse location so sad I’ve wasted so much money there and they lack the service I know I should get -10/10 they suck! Officially breaking up with Randol mill McDonald’s for life!!!!

Like other McDonald’s that have been renovated, it looks modern and clean. Brand new play area that is smaller than the previous playground. Digital self-order kiosk is available and they bring out the food to your table. It’s nice when you have little kids with you. Lots of parking here.

The Spicy Chicken Burger tasted great, and the softy cone was delicious as is!
What made my experience pleasant was the staff here. Everybody had wonderful smiles on their faces! Right from taking the order to serving it, I had come across 3 of the staff, and everybody was kind and respectful. Best customer experience I had felt of all the McDonald’s I’ve visited so far!

Well it’s a McDonald’s what do you expect. They have the new kiosks in the lobby now. I’m not sure what to make of those it seems to take longer to go through all of the selections on the kiosk then it does to just place your order with a human being I understand it’s great if it’s crowded and busy but you still have to wait a long time to get your order. We had to wait 15 minutes after I place my order on the kiosk so I’m not sure how much time that actually saves. It wasn’t that busy when I was there. Anyway it’s clean and the play area is nice and large and of course the food is the food. love the fries
