This location is right down the street from UTA. So it’s almost like a campus, fast food Mcdonald’s. It has a cool vibe atmosphere. The night that we visited, it was very busy. Most of the tables were in use. We had just attended an event at UTA. The food was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The service was okay. It took us five minutes to wait for someone to come to the front counter to order. Only one digital kiosk was working, and there was three people standing in line waiting for it. Not sure whatever happened to customer service and ordering at the front counter? Especially when there’s two cash registers upfront.
When the girl did come to take our order, she was rude.Maybe it was because she was busy retired or just didn’t want to mess with us. Anyway, there’s only a fourteen dollar order short and sweet. But it felt like we were annoying her.
Being that word from out of town, if we’re back in this area, we may or may not come back to this McDonald’s.

Heather is a great employee! She has a smile for every customer. I watched demonstrate great patience with a difficult customer.

Also I don’t know the older woman, shorter white hair but she’s also wonderful. Really have a great crew at this location.

The staff is very rude. I had 5 orders and they did not have night window pickup. And they can said they can only take 2 orders at a time on drive thru. I requested her that if she can give all at a time. It was just 5 fries. They have me go drive thru 3 times to pick my orders. The MANAGER is ridiculous.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

My wife and I purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport from KM Motor at 322 W Division St, Arlington, TX on September 27, 2025. From the very beginning, the vehicle had serious issues — loud engine noises, warning lights on the dashboard, tire pressure problems, and eventually the car would not even start.

The entire experience at this dealership was extremely unprofessional. On the day of purchase:
• They rushed us to sign paperwork and claimed they had to close, without properly explaining my rights.
• They gave me the wrong floor mats.
• The staff, including Ana, seemed unprepared and unprofessional — they didn’t know their jobs and were just going through the motions.
• The shop is small, dirty, and disorganized.

The owner, Johnny, was very rude and unhelpful. He has a noticeable anger issue — I even heard him cursing at another customer when they asked to see a car. When I reached out for help about the car’s problems, he refused to assist, threatened to call his attorney, and told me not to come to the shop. At one point, he even threatened to call the police on me if I returned.

I personally felt I was treated differently because I am Black, and the way they dismissed and spoke to me made me feel disrespected and discriminated against.

I regret purchasing from KM Motor. The experience has been stressful, unfair, and extremely frustrating. If I had done proper research before coming, I would not have purchased from them, and I’m sharing this to save others the same experience.

They do not even care that they review are this low because if I was the owner I would be concerned that I have a very low review in all platform that’s tells a lot.

Avoid KM Motor. My experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling scammed.

Did curbside pickup at around 1pm today and Mariah was quick and so nice!! They always forget ketchup except for today and she was so sweet & kind, definitely made my day :)) Food was cheap and yummy as always. Even though they were pretty busy, I still got everything I needed in under 3-5 mins after parking, thank u to Mariah!!!

I want to express my great dissatisfaction with the service received during an Uber Eats delivery on December 28th, 2025. The employee named Justin showed a very unprofessional attitude, pulling the bag from my hand multiple times to confirm the order, and even causing my account to be reported. I appreciate that Uber has resolved the issue, but the treatment was really bad.

I order 10 mcnugets, 2 bigmac combos, and 1/4 pounder, when asked for bbq was told they were out and then give some to a next costumer, I wanted to play the monopoly and asked for everything that has the ticket to participate but some that should have the tickets to play are not being given as they are using old boxes

I thought the service was very fast and friendly. Fries came out hot fresh and crispy. The big mac was pretty disappointing, just didn’t seem super fresh or juicy- but then again, this is McDonald’s.

I usually have a great experience at this location but today was anything but. Ordered lunch in the drive thru, upsized my fries and drink to large and was charged accordingly. When I get back to work I open the bag and see a large fry container MAYBE filled halfway. On a short lunch break I didn’t have time to go back so i called and called and was finally able to speak to a manager. After listening briefly she interrupted me to ask me what it was I wanted her to do about it. I told her nothing other than I thought she should know to which she replied “if you didn’t check your order before leaving there nothing I can do to help you”.

Burger was flatter than a pancake. And my drink was very flat. I’m never eating here again
