I, ordered an online hamburger and a spicy mchicken and when I got to the window they couldn’t find my order in the system, I asked to talk to a manager, and Evelyn’ with dyed pinkish red hair came to window and claimed to be the manager and told me there wasn’t anything she could do. I made a loop around and asked for anther manager who’s name is David and he apologized to me and explained that Evelyn was not a manager and he made everything right with me.. Night shift was very professional and I thank you for the prompt services!

So I placed in ordered Sunday around 1am after a long day from work I came home with this sticker says it all but the burger does not match I called all day yesterday no one answered I would off went in but me working to jobs in one day I was tired I called today to try again finally got the answer and she said there is nothing I can do if you don’t bring the food not even a picture can proof it nor a receipt like what is the point of having everything you need if they will not help i ordered 3 doubles

this is the worst location! every night they say their system is down & can only take cash. EVERY NIGHT? kind of ruins the convenience of being 24hrs. It gives the vibe that night shift is very lazy & just don’t want to be slammed. if the system has to reboot it makes more since to close during those hours instead of picking and choosing who to service! this is ridiculous

Horrible management. The employees work hard but whoever is running the early morning shift needs to be fired. Nothing is ever right and if you make a commitment the manager will remember and make everything difficult next time you come.

Many staffers always have such a negative attitude. Makes it seem as though, I, a paying customer, am an inconvenience to them. On my recent interaction they were rude during all 3 times I communicated (speaker, window 1, and window 2) and when my order was wrong, the window was shut and no one came to help. Seems to be an ongoing issue here. Going downhill.

Best McDonald’s in town. They are always super nice to me. Even when they mess up the order they fix it and are super nice about it. My favorite McDonald’s in town! Id rather drive the extra mile to get to this McDonald’s. The university is closest but this north st McDonald’s always treats me so well id rather go here. Love them! Thanks you for your great food and employees!!

I ordered 4 double hamburgers for me and my kids and every single double hamburger was burnt to a crisp.. no literally they were crunchy..I bit into it and thought it had bacon on it .. I call back and was told yes hamburger meat comes on the burger.. like Duh but not burnt meat.. I didn’t bother returning it for the same horrible food.. If university drive was open I would have went.. if you value good old McDonald quality then you definitely want to bypass this location. I get nothing but horrible service and half of the time they will tell you to bring back the food and never take it back from you .. you’re stuck with this horrible version of what McDonald’s used to be.. I feel sick every time I eat at this location.. probably due to poorly made food. Hopefully we can get enough bad press to cause some serious change at this location.. keep reporting them.. keep posting bad reviews when necessary..
