The majority of the time I go through the drive-thru and they leave something out. Whether it’s my barbecue sauce or my kids toy or adding all the fixings on a hamburger I asked to be plain. There is no customer service, the people that work. The drive-thru are borderline rude. The food that we do get is subpar. In the future I will be driving the extra 15 minutes to the other location.

Service needs improvement. The kids working seem like everything is a bother and no one wants to see baseball Suze hickies on the person touching their food. They need to spend more time training on how to treat customers and what appearance means and how important it is.

I was here Dec 22,2025 and ordered a combo meal. Instead of carrying the food to our table ( it’s for here) staff called out the number and I went and carried the meal to our table. Staff forgot it’s a combo meal they did not give me a drink cup. So I asked politely to give me a drink cup but the staff ‘ face showed such a disdain and disgust it’s like world owning her millions. I am so disappointed that this McDonald gives such a terrible service and staff attitude is so bad.

Ii ordered a number 9 cut the ketchup. I had to tell the young man three times. When I got to the window, I told the girl that this order was going to be wrong. She checked it and said there was no ketchup. When I got home there was meat, cheese and ketchup nothing else. I called the phone number on the website. No answer. Three days later my wife ordered food on line. I told her I was done with that place. When she got her order it was totally wrong. She cut the ketchup and onions. It was full of ketchup and onions. Two times in a row!! Now we are both done. These kids at night couldn’t care less. I would fire them all!!

It’s a McDonald’s, but a clean one. I especially want to point out that they got my order exactly correct! Cause since covid, fast food getting your order correct has been nearly impossible! So thank you!!!

We used to hit this McDonald’s on our family trip to Missouri every year for years, either just before Xmas or the Friday after Thanksgiving, but ever since the pandemic they’ve been short staffed and only open the drive thru for breakfast and NOT the dining room and on a long road trip we want to come INSIDE but we haven’t been able to since 2021. So this year we’ll be going to Whataburger in Lufkin for breakfast instead. I’m sure they open the dining room eventually in the morning but we’re already long gone and down the road by then.

I’ve almost been put in the hospital because of a teenage staff who didnt acknowledge me when I told them about my severe onion allergy. There were onions hidden in my burger. And oddly enough when I try to call up there to talk about an order I placed for someone the number just rings and rings till it automatically disconnects. Where is the manager that the phone rings That long. And why did a teenager get the chance to nearly kill me when all staff need to be trained properly despite it being a slow day.

First time I’ve been to this specific McDonald’s. The food was good. The atmosphere was nice. When I went up to the counter after getting my food, I needed a sauce, there was no one to help. But, all in all a pretty good experience.
