I never write reviews but this place is a nightmare. We pulled up to curbside pickup and put our number in and waited. It took about 15 minutes and then we got a bag that said our curbside number written in sharpie. We knew it wasn’t ours (it was for the lady next to us) so my girlfriend went inside and gave them the food back hoping to get the food we payed for. It took over another 15 minutes for them to cook what we already waited for. We finally got the food and as we got down the road my girlfriend realized they forgot 4 other things. We had to go all the way back and wait another 15 minutes. My girlfriend asked for a refund and they straight up said no. While she was asking for a refund she noticed two young guys in the back messing around, making gestures and making noises. She asked for the manager but the manager is never there at this McDonalds for some reason. This has happened many times and we will never be returning to this location. Out of all the staff, there was only one person actually trying to do her job and it wasn’t even the manager. They pretty much told my girlfriend she’s out of luck. NEVER go to this place it’s nothing but a nightmare

I was helped well customer service was great however I got my order an it was wrong I got 2 burgers with bacon and it came without it an dry so I went back up there and they fixed it I understand it happens but this is how it looked after I got my meal fixed meat was totally not cook well at all.

Tried calling five times right now. No answer went through the drive through and it was missing my kids happy meal. Order number 1237
I live probably 30 minutes away and didn’t notice till I got home. Normally I don’t say anything if its a minor messup as those things happen but after a long day I just wanted to have an easy night. Please do better.
Edit. I got through and they answered their phone finally a few days later and they offered to replace it. No sorry and they hung up quickly on me. I will update how getting the replacement goes.
Edit: they made good and gave a replacement when I eventually made my way back in.

Update: It took a little while to reach someone. I got a call from the Mineola manager. She got me the refund for the grinch meal, and she was able to view the footage from that night regarding staff. She assured ke they were getting some more support for the poor manager that was working that night, and addressing the issues with the staff that were creating such havoc for her.
There was soda all over the counters and drink station, along with trash on the counters and floors. We ordered ahead on the app, waited 30 mins in line, then another 15-20 mins in the lobby. There were two male staff members acting foolish in the back, ignoring their managers multiple attempts to correct their behavior. They were out of grinch boxes, and were supposed to refund me. She printed a receipt that supposedly showed the refund, but the meal was still there. I left with only 3 happy meals. Despite telling me the grinch big Mac meal was refunded, it showed I received it on the app. Still have not received a refund. Ive tried calling, no answer, and messaging on the app; also no response. Guess Im just out $12, but I will never go back, and I suggest you choose somewhere else also.

It takes too long for fast food. My goodness. Plus they couldn’t find my food. They had to make it. How more people please. We waited 15 minutes for our food. That’s when I went to ask where it was.

My Mac rib took about 25 minutes to get. Also several employees are very rude. Especially the lady manager!!! She handed my food to me after I waited 25 minutes at the counter and never said one word just handed it to me and walked away. Another employee was walking around the corner and about ran into a lady customer walking. never said one word to her either. I would fire all these people if that’s the way they treated customers.

I ordered a 10 piece McNugget with barbecue sauce and a big mac on the kiosk. The kiosk didn’t print a ticket and come to find out they’re out of barbecue sauce. Then I get all the way home and find out that they forgot the entire top part of my Big Mac.

I love McDonald’s but there is one manager that has an accent and she is always rude never smiles and she can be more friendly to the customers. But the other workers greet u with a smile and treats customers great but that one manager she always has an attitude and she acts like she hates her job

First time I’ve ever actually been “served” with a smile in a long time and never from a east texas location in the 4 years I’ve been here.
This was my first visit to this location this morning. Drive thru rather stacked for 830am in a smaller town. They moved so quick and smoothly for 8 cars in front of me. Literally under 2 mins total in drive thru. The lady at the first window “greeted” me by name with the hugest smile and kept it the entire time. Not just, “you had a mobile order?”…. the girl at the 2nd window was very polite as well and even the guy outside washing the parking lot was cheerful and engaging customers in the drive thru line.
The food was hot and exactly how it’s suppose to be prepared. Everything was on point. Hands down the Best McDonald’s experience I have had in a very long time.
I will be making a point to stop here from now on when im passing thru town.
Keep up the good work drive thru crew and kitchen!

Food was straight garbage, fries were cold, burger was cold, and nuggets were hard as a rock recommend going over to Lindale instead. Also lady taking the order was very rude.
