I normally dont complain but… wow… this Macdonalds was very messy and under prepared. The restrooms where nasty and the tables where very dirty. The customer service was iffy, ill let the pictures speak for them self.

Great service and So Clean. Super morning employees that seemed to really like their jobs. And they all new the importance of ‘Clean’. The cashier was awesome and patient. They have a great manager! Would definitely recommend this place!!

I did not enjoy this experience at all, I normally don’t come to this one because of the service and I was proved right again. My receipt & sticker on food said Plain Cheese only and I got no cheese and onions….. had to drive 15 mins back to come to find out manager on break. Hoping this would allow them a chance to not only prove me wrong but make situation right. But no I simply asked for a refund because if imma spend my money somewhere prefer to make sure me spending my money is appreciated. Not satisfied at all

Update : FEBRUARY 2026 they did it AGAIN. With a “PLAIN : American cheese only sticker” on the burger.

Passed by tonight to get something to eat. I ordered a Daily Double meal deal with no onions guess they thought it would be funny to put NOTHING BUT ONIONS on the burger no mayo, no tomatoes, no lettuce nothing but the cheese meat buns and ONIONS. Definitely wont be coming back after this.

I get an egg McMuffin once a week! I do drive-thru or walk-in with no problems. Eggs are a vital protein. It’s simply my weekly treat. Exceptional staff and clean! Best place for my quick breakfast! Use your app to save big!

We walked in wanting to place an order at register instead of using the kiosk. We are old school. Employee behind counter did not acknowledge us. Worse part of all, the manager than walked up and did not acknowledge us either. We inturn walked out. Poor customer Service at this location. McDonald’s…yo can do better.

They keep trying to overcharge me greatly for items. and when I call to try and speak about it literally nobody will pick up the phone. They will pick it up and put it down just so they don’t have to hear it ring anymore. I just wanted to kindly express my concerns, but I can’t even have a conversation with anyone.. I just went through the drive-through and ordered two sausage McMuffins with no egg and a medium orange juice. The total came up to Around $7.50 on the screen. I pulled around to the window And handed her my card while she messed with the computer for a second She asked If I wanted my receipt to which I said yes. She then did a few things then charged my card which came out to $6.91. She then handed me my receipt after I had to ask for it again and it was my items but slightly different and in bigger sizes. Totaling out to $10.90. I would’ve liked to express my concerns to a person, but I cannot. It was all just very, very suspicious

When I entered the establishment to place an order, I was taken aback by the evident lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff members. The fountain drink area was in a state of disarray, with water accumulation posing a significant risk of slips and falls. I chose to utilize the mobile app for ordering and proceeded to the drive-through. Unfortunately, the wait time was at least 20 minutes for a relatively small order of nuggets and fries. Moreover, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the fries were cold. The overall experience was marked by a lack of organization and employees who don’t care. I will definitely not be returning to this location. It is disheartening to spend one’s hard-earned money and receive substandard service and cold food. The owner and management need to address these issues.

Seriously, these are the fries I got in my Happy meal? Looks like they got about 9 fries in there, but what makes it worse is they were old and cold, I mean do better McDonald’s you are known for your French fries also when I mentioned it to the person delivering food in the Drive-Thru all she said was uh-huh, crappy service ,crappy french fries I will not be back

P.s I just opened my cheeseburger and the cheese is not even melted the burger is that cold

When making this order, we specifically asked for the food to made well done. After taking a bite into this “crispy sandwich” which is supposed to be cooked at least 7 mins so that it can thoroughly cooked. I was dissatisfied with the food. Mind you, I am 7 months pregnant so thankfully I caught on that the food was not cooked thoroughly or else I probably would have had to be rushed to the hospital. I spoke with the “manager” who was observed to be a youth (no older than 23 or 24 years old)short blonde haired Caucasian male and he basically told me that he was not giving me my money back and that he was the manager and that he could do whatever he wants here and that I didn’t matter as a customer. I respectfully reminded him the customers are the reason they you can feed your family. He then instructed the other employees to refuse us (my sister & I service). About 6 mins later, the Caucasian female with the pink/purplish hair gave us the refund & not the full refund. My sister & I are Public Servants & it’s just a certain way that we will not carry ourselves. Majority of the employees here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I plan to get in touch with the general manager, district manager And the corporate office, maybe even the Health Department etc this coming Tuesday because this is unacceptable. If you love yourself and/or your love ones please make sure that you check your food and make sure that it is cooked thoroughly so you can save yourself and love ones a trip to UT Health emergency room!
