I just went through the drive thru and while ordering my food I explained to the lady that I had been there three times and every time it has been wrong but I was back because I love McDonalds
When I made it to the window the nice young man told me that the manager had taken my order.
Well she needs a raise because this is the best food I’ve gotten at a McDonald’s in a very long time.her customer service was exceptional!!
This just goes to show, The operations of a business starts at the top. Thank you so much and I hope that you are recognized for your dedication to making sure your customers are taken care of !

Aint even cook my damn food , cheese aint even melted, went to mcdonalds around 12AM customer service was horrible lady was rude giving us an attitude we tried asking for ketchup and she closed the window on us then opend it to give us are drink when we asked again she replied with “ HUH “ dont know whether she was having a bad day or just mad bc we had a big order

Went with my 3 kids to have lunch at almost. 2pm on a Saturday had to wait several minutes to even be acknowledged finally was able to place my order food came out at different times with no drinks or sauce my chicken nuggets were old and cold when I asked to have them made once again had to wait several mins for anyone to come to the counter once they did they took my nuggets to remake them to never be seen again I had to once again go wait several mins to be acknowledged to get my remade nuggets by then my whole family had finished their food I never make reviews this was the worse experience for a McDonalds corporate need to come address this I would advise do NOT come to this location!!

I bought the new hot honey bacon mc crispy and get home and there is no bacon or fried jalapenos well I try to call but they have no number to call so now I have to drive all the way across town to get my order fixed never will be back again

Came for breakfast, food came quick service was great, the worker named Ben was absolutely killing it making sure everything and everyone was taken care of and checking tables when no customers were at the counter.
However no drink/napkin station was definitely off but the staff made up for it.

Service sucks when it comes to door dash. Do not take orders after 3 am. They will claim to not have lunch and be switching over to breakfast even when customers already placed order! Bringing down door dash percentages for drivers. Happened multiple occasions.

Placed an order through the McDonald’s App for one of their Grinch meals and one of their pumpkin pies. Didn’t find out until I got to the location they are sold out of both
McDonald’s needs to do better with refecting any sold out / unavailable items in their app so their customers don’t waste their time ordering and traveling to pickup something that’s no longer available!

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. Employees were arguing with each other, customer service was nonexistent, and they couldn’t even keep track of orders. Staff was very rude. Would not recommend visiting this location.

Everytime I come here the workers mess up the order and are playing. Ordered an Oreo McFlurry with mnms, they forgot it then they tried to add caramel then they forgot the mnms then they forgot the spoon. Don’t waste your time here
