Tried having a simple order here seemed to be the most difficult task of my day. Everytime I come here the old lady has an attitude problem but specifically today she crossed the line. She said I was rude and proceeded to throw my money back into my car and afterwards throw coins and I didnt even get my points refunded to my app. Very disappointing visit and probably never coming here again.

For me is regarding mc donalds is , we know what to expect … but what I notice about the fries … the cost is high but the medium size box has gotten smaller , plus they dont fill it up … I verified it twice in this location and in another location … I wish we could protest it… but I will buy my fries in Wataburger ..

Standard McDonald’s that is cleaner than usual. As of this review on 6/13/21, the play place is closed. There is also a significant number of comes in the parking lot that you have to drive around if you want to circle through. The restrooms are also as clean as the inside eating area. There is a double drive through so you can probably get through the line faster.

I went this morning for two items, and I tend to always have a bad customer service here since it’s the closest to my job, but today it was worse. The girl in the window with ginger died hair she was Hispanic, literally swung my food at me. I’m paying for it and this is the kind of people employed, yes it’s just McDonalds but if you hate it so much find elsewhere.

I understand that it can get crazy busy, but it’s NOT like they have an extensive MENU in a fancy restaurant. It’s the same MENU EVERYDAY. How it’s possible they cant take an order or the manager have the courtesy to make up for their fcks ups!
This fast food places seems they don’t care about customer service anymore and specially headquarters don’t pay attention to the comments, because this McDonald’s haven’t change at all. Same poor service or they keep hiring the dumbest employees . Sorry for my language, but enough is enough.
If anyone stop at this location MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER or you will be SO DISAPPOINTED AND MAD , JUST LIKE ME!!
EXAMPLE: I order two LARGE # 1 MEALS. One of them with extra DOUBLE MEAT ( wich it comes with TWO MEATS and extra double meat means TWO MORE MEATS )
Got only 3 MEATS in it !!!

The morning manager Elaine is very unprofessional. As I come in to fill my tumbler she comes up to me in a loud tone in front of the lobby and tell me she’s charging me for two large drinks. Which is fine with me, money isn’t a problem. My problem was her approach in which she tried to mask with excuses on the confrontation when I brought it to her personally, respectfully like she should have done to me at first. Alleged that people steal. That’s understandable but the assumption is offensive and that’s still no excuse to be so loud with your suspicion. I was coming in to get hash brown and fill my drink which I’ve done many many times with no problem. Sometimes they give it to me for free and sometimes they charge but I never assume it’ll be on the house and I’ll go to the counter and let them know what I’ve done. Her other unreasonable excuse was it’s cross ❌ contamination. Another assumption that my cup wasn’t clean and cross contamination is the same as a customer dining in and going back up there for a refill.. what’s the difference? Overall I still didn’t receive a justified explanation of why she had to approach me in the tone she presented. So my complaint is I just found her wanting to go on a power trip in front of customers but she had the wrong one to attempt that on.

Every time I come to this location it’s always SOMETHING .. Well Today I Ordered A Large Sweet Tea With A Lemon they were out of lemon normally they wouldn’t care to even give one and my cup looks like they didn’t fill it or someone has drank from it. So I went in and they said it was nothing they could do about it… Food Is NEVER Fresh And The Employees Always Have An Attitude. I’m Sick Of This Place management is very POOR
