It took a little while for the manager to come out. When he arrived, I told him about the incident and showed him my hand, which was badly burned. He took my information and a picture of my hand.
As I drove away, I realized I had received four chicken nuggets instead of six. I turned around and went back to McDonald’s (which wasted another trip) and went inside. I asked for the manager again and waited for quite some time. Three girls were very rude and gave me dirty looks.
I told one girl with long black braided hair that my order was incorrect and needed to be corrected. She grabbed a box of six nuggets, threw it on the counter, took the box of four nuggets, and threw it away. She had a horrible attitude and was very unprofessional and unethical.
When the manager finally showed up, I told him that the three girls had terrible attitudes and that I did not appreciate how I was treated as a customer. The girl with long dark red braided hair and fake eyelashes began talking back to me while I was speaking to the manager. I stopped her and told her that I was talking. The manager did shush her.
Unfortunately, I will be contacting the corporate office in the morning. These employees clearly need additional HR training focused on professionalism, ethics, and appropriate customer service conduct.
#2 spicy with a medium OJ and a regular Sausage McMuffin both not correct the OJ was a small and the McMuffins had no eggs on them and I was charged $18.48. My thing is that you repeat the order back to them when they order at the drive thru and when you pull up to the window. If you do that, you probably won’t get customers’ orders wrong, but it’s not always the cashier but even the one’s who’s fixing the food. Oh yeah, and the cashier wasn’t friendly, and there were two of them at the window.
They’re quick, food is always fresh, order has always been correct, and the ladies always have a great attitude and very nice in the morning, considering the volume of customers they have.
Mrs. Paula is always so sweet we’ve slowly started to become friends and always wishes me many blessing in the morning, truly grateful for her. Love them all, I always choose this McDonald’s for that reason, such a great team.
