I went in and ordered before I even looked around. While waiting for my food, I noticed there was trash on the floor in various places as well as trash piled up in the kitchen itself. I waited for more than 10 minutes, and they completely forgot the customer in front of me. After getting my to go order (I was passing through), I found that they forgot to put my bbq sauce in there. I decided to just eat my nuggets without it and the nuggets were stale. I tossed those aside and decided to just eat the fries. The fries were undercooked and finding one cooked enough was difficult. Since I’m from another state I never went back to ask for a refund, but I did call and never got a response. I don’t recommend stopping here.

My coffee didnt tastes right so I back up and asked for carmal and the lady freaked out, like a beast. They need to get rid of people that can’t control there self. If your wrong your wrong learn how to take Responsibility and Criticism just bad service.

Last Saturday called to see when they stopped serving breakfast and was told 10:30 AM. When I finally got to the to place my order at 10:20 AM was told they had stopped serving breakfast. I was not surprised, given the number of customers in front of wo ad “balked” and departed. Tis McDonald’s and others I have visited are challenged on serving breakfast, either being out of products, or just stopping earlier than posted.

I ordered breakfast in the app this morning and when I got there to pick it up, the employees told me they were out of what I ordered. They refused to give me a refund for the food I paid for and didn’t receive, telling me to request one from the app. The app clearly states to request refunds directly from the store purchased at. The employee told me to ignore what the app said and still refused my refund. I’ll be taking my business to literally any other McDonald’s.

Took my 6-year-old son to McDonald’s tonight. Little different. Ordered from the kiosk thing. Everything was going smooth. Nobody ever called our order number out. Been on top of everything. Apparently there was one employee on break but all the other ones that were supposed in the back were out there gospel with that one employee cussing at the storm dropping f-bomb and all other cuss words for my 6-year-old son’s right there. Not to mention so other customers come up to actually be waited on by somebody and they had to wait a good 10 15 minutes because the other ones were gospeling. Normally I just got through the drive-thru but my son really wanted to go in. And it was hot so I was all for it. But now I don’t even know what that was a good idea. Plus the lady yelling from the back at the other employees.

Every time I order from the machine, I get my food before my drinks and usually have to wait an extra 5 minutes to flag down 2 people because the first one just yells out the drinks and walks away. The food itself is good, but between the service and how dirty it usually is till before shift changes its honestly been one of the worst mcdonalds I’ve been to in a while

This place is so bad. I constantly have to send my order back because it’s wrong. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Prepare to be waiting much longer than normal for stale food and melted beverages. Just horrible

By far the worst McDonald’s I will drive an extra 20 minutes down the road to mount pleasant if I want McDonald’s! Wanna argue over sauce and sit there and call me a lier and when I ask if she would like to look in the bag her self she decided she was going to throw the sauce in my car.
