This has got to be the worst ran MCDONALD’S in Longview. Everytime , every week its the same excuses why this isn’t working or why they dont have this. Some of the women employees that work there need training on customer service and to teach them when a customer comes to you with a issue it doesn’t mean you instantly turn crazy defensive mode and argue why your machines never work or why its always being cleaned at prime business hrs of the day. Ive talked to the manager several times and still no change. I live 1 min from this MCDONALD’S but will always drive across town to another one. Love their breakfast so it sucks I have to drive 10 min further to get good service.

We stopped by for my sister to grab some food. No one answered the speaker after we sat there awhile. We were worried they were closed but online said open and there were cars there. Went to the window, gave them app order number. They looked confused or like we were crazy. We weren’t sure why or what was happening. After a bit we got the food. The worker said here you go. And that was it. Not very professional nor friendly.

Disappointed!! My weekly re-order of the biscuit platter only came with 1 biscuit this time instead of 2 (used mobile app). I wasn’t trying to make a big deal, but I wanted to notify the restaurant that my order wasn’t filled accurately so they could be aware & correct it on future orders. (I love their breakfast items.) When I sent a message thru the app, one of their corporate reps called, rudely told me I was wrong & they were right. I would have given the restaurant another chance, but not after the way Corporate shows no appreciation or respect for their customers. Needless to say, I will be giving future business to their competitor.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would! My husband and I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru, but no one answered the intercom no matter how long we waited. We eventually had to drive around to the window to get someone’s attention. When we got there, a younger lady with red hair and a nose piercing asked what we ordered, and her tone was extremely rude. After we told her it was a mobile order, she grabbed our food and practically threw it at my husband without saying a single polite word. There was no greeting, no apology, and no professionalism whatsoever. This was by far the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s!

Ordered a mobile order on 10/13 and the staff said they “deleted the order” and asked for a receipt. 30 minutes later I get my “fast food”
Will never be back to this location, have had multiple issues in the past but this enough.
Poor management/ownership/customer service.

I pulled up to the first window to pay, but nobody was there, so I thought maybe I had to pay at the second window. I get up there, and the lady pulls the window back, saying, “You didn’t pay.” I was like, nobody was there, so I just pulled to this window thinking I had to pay here. Then she decides she wants to get an attitude, which was hilarious to me.
Anyway, I asked if McDonald’s accepts Apple Pay, and she said yes, so I handed her my phone. She took it to the back and then came back to the window where I was, telling me my phone had shut off. She did this three times, but I didn’t say anything. I was polite and just kept unlocking my phone, even though I knew she was doing it wrong. I get it, people have bad days or horrible customers before me.
When she came back the third time, I said, “Don’t worry about it, I’ll just come in.” She said okay. So I go inside, wait, and finally someone asks her where I went. She told them she’s coming in to pay for her food and then threw my bag, not knowing I was standing there watching. I said, “I’m right here waiting to pay,” and she came to the front, checked me out, and I left.
But besides that, my fries were cold, and I didn’t even have the energy to go back.

Nice, very chic McDonald’s location with two self-order kiosks and a drive-thru. Coffee is always good. We’ve come here when most of the tables were clean and times when it was hard to find a clean one. I guess it all depends on the shift on duty. They have two sets of everything in their beverage station, so there’s barely any line to get your favorite drink. Food quality has been consistent, so far. We’ve never had issues finding a parking spot. This one is conveniently located near shops, like Target, and other restaurants.

I got a BLT qpc and during lunch time and it was not hot, barely warm. The cheese was not even melted and still cold. I ate it because I was in a hurry. The wifi here does not work either. This is a brand new restaurant you would think they would strive to do better.
