They keep putting fewer and fewer fries in the box; soon they’ll only be selling boxes with 5 fries, or worse, empty ones. With the way they’re distributing boxes with so few fries, they should charge less. I bought medium fries and they ended up giving me small ones, and why? I paid $2.99 for mediums, that’s unfair. They’ve done the same thing to me several times; they give me so few fries. This is highway robbery.
I’m only giving one star because it doesn’t give me the option to give none .

READ THIS! MCDONALDS IS CHARGING HIGHER PRICES FOR SOME CUSTOMERS (BUT NOT ALL CUSTOMERS) ON THE APP! I picked up the attached flyer in my local McDonalds and noticed the any breakfast sandwich ad for $1.50. A month ago, that was consistent with the price on my app, but now it says $1.99. The common denominator for price increases are things that I frequently purchase.
I sent a message to O’reilly restaurants who own all the McDonalds in Longview, but they have not replied.

Got rushed through drive through after I paid. Told to pull around and wait for my food. Could not pull forward because of the other vehicles already waiting on their food. Lady working drive through kept trying to wave me forward because I was blocking the drive. I finally pulled around the building parked and went inside. Literally had 5 cars pulled waiting for food and still trying to pull more. Oh they lost my food too. Probably because they kept pulling cars without food to shut off the drive through timer.

I used the app to order curbside (spent $35 worth of food) pulled up checked in waited in car for 10 mins, got out of car to go check on order, it’s packed ppl everywhere employees walking around looking crazy and scared, I asked an employee what’s the status of my order, he said he didn’t know, I asked if he could find out he just turned around and walked off, I then tried to cancel my order m, but I couldn’t…. So I had to wait… after waiting 40 MINUTES while employees just storm pass to talk to classmates, I asked AGAIN where’s my order, employee takes a look and then instantly gets upset… why??? Because they skipped over my order. No apologies or anything. They need a whole new staff from the management to the cashier. Seemed No one in there wanted to work, total joke

This place had the diner in closed at 7:30 in the morning. Great way to lose business. I recommend going across the street to Wendy’s, they’ll let you eat inside and not in your car. Smh!!!

Third time I have called for a manager, about 10:40AM no cars in drive thru, (which USED TO BE “faster service) no customers in main lobby, but by the time I get to second window, I’m asked to “park” around the corner, the cashier, a spanish lady was rude, and refuse to call the manager I raised my voice and someone else called him. You go inside, and you’ll see how indifferent and slow the crew is, any supervisor there? Microwaves and stuff should make it faster than the original “Mc Donald’s system… SOMEONE HAS TO TIGHT SCREWS THERE!

Send this location mats for the entrances. Wet floor signs prevent a lawsuit but don’t prevent someone falling and busting their behind on rainy days as I almost did. SEND THEM MATS.
