Food was fresh and the service was impressively fast, which I really appreciate when I’m in a hurry. The location is clean and well-maintained. One thing that could make the experience even better is if the staff were a bit more attentive and helpful with customer questions or requests. Overall, a good spot for a quick and reliable meal!

I ordered online this time and just wanted to say that two young ladies, Serenity and Raven worked hard with me to make sure we got all the food from our large family order that consisted of two chicken nugget happy meals with sprites, a mcchicken sandwich meal with a coke, one quarter pounder meal with a coke. A delux sandwich for my sister and two frappes ♀️
They were thorough in helping make sure I had enough room to safely get all six of my drinks home in one piece.

Genuinely one of the best mcdonalds I’ve ever had. Fries were hot and salty, absolutely beautiful. The burger was really nice, and the ingredients were aligned. Coke was crisp, and really nice, and the cookies were soft, and full of chocolate chips. I’m bad at describing good food, but take my word for it, this is a really good mcdonalds.

The most unimaginable food you could image being served. Chicken that has been in the warmer drawer for hours on end past the appropriate use window. Large fries not even filled and limp and soggy.
This is a classic crispy chicken. That is not a spicy breading, thats how old this dried up mess was….It was so nasty after one bite i couldnt stand another it was hard and the chicken inside was so dried it was like crunching dehydrated meat….but its not supposed to be. it was so shrunk and small in one bite i didnt even get meat, just bun.
This is disgusting any establishment would serve this quality of trash for what customers pay for food these days.
Mcdonalds has gone so far down hill. I messaged Cooperate and they didnt even care.

For starters the door by the handicap parking was locked. Someone came and held the door open but we had to walk all over French fries on the rug. Almost all of the kiosk were out of order. We ordered our food, wasn’t given our cups. Our food finally got done and nothing tasted fresh. Our drinks weren’t brought to us. The ice machine was out. There was trash all over the floor and the people weren’t friendly at all. The mess wasn’t cleaned up until someone came in…..

Caveat: we visited very early in the morning. That being said, the staff not only was kind and helpful but they took our order in person at the counter! And appeared happy to do it! Add to that, less than 30 seconds after we paid, a young lady handed us our order on a tray with a smile. Who knew? Outstanding customer service at 6am. Especially when so many McDonald’s, you can’t get anyone to come to the counter. Just saying. Kudos to Atlanta TX McDonald’s!

I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a while because of bad service and food… but decided to try again and was pleasantly surprised. They made sure to make my drink as requested.. food seemed fresh. Staff on point.

Fast food is hard work. I know it. Anybody that has worked it knows it. But this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve seen. Floors in the dining area were filthy and sticky. Trash and food littered the food prep area. Staff wandered from station to station, working but in a poorly organized way. It took 25 minutes to acquire chicken nugget happy meals. And once they were finally received… the fries were cold. I could forgive undercooked fries or a delay. Like I said, fast food is hard. But what I see is basically non existent management.

Went there today with my husband for breakfast. The manager was super nice and very attentive. Food was hot fresh and just how we ordered it. Manager was awesome, as she’s one who took my order.

Was very quick and on point with my drive thru order. Kept it simple and ordered a ice coffee, but got the Frappe instead. This seems to happen at some locations as I see some dont have the coffee option as the frappe. Which is still fine. Atlantis McDonald’s is a chill tucked off joint but their drive thru times are on track with customer service
