Food was decent. Fries didn’t seem the freshest but they were good. They made my burger wrong but corrected it without any issues.

I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a red “Merry Christmas” sweater—and even though it seemed like she wasn’t having the best day, she still delivered outstanding customer service. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back to this McDonald’s just because of the way she treated me. Thank you!

The fries and burgers were old and cold. I went around 3pm and the burger patties must have been from lunch. They were hard with discoloration. Black on the outside and brown in the middle. The fries were cold and brown. The lady who took my order in the drive-thru was VERY rude. Not listening to me and being snappy saying “I got my end, what else do you want?”. I told her a number 9. We waited some seconds before she said “ok, like you want a drink or fries? What do you want?” I said “um, a number 9. It comes as a combo.” I’ll just go somewhere else next time.

I was attempting to order lunch and noticed a woman come from outside straight to the back messing with food WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS OR PUTTING GLOVES ON. I WAS DISGUSTED and walked out while ordering. That was absolutely gross and uncleanly. There is absolutely no reason these people should get to playing with food without gloves or washing their hands after leaving that kitchen. I’ll never be a patron there again.

I went in for the monopoly game that is clearly advertised everywhere inside the store and build boards, chose meals specifically for the game, only to receive 1 ticket and told “we’re phasing them out, you should’ve came in sooner” when there’s no signs anywhere about it. I’m a trucker and hit a lot of Love’s. A good few of them have McDonald’s. This was by far the filthiest McDonald’s in a Love’s truck stop that I have ever seen. The rest of the truck stop and the subway were clean. It also took 20 minutes to get a spicy chicken sandwich. I only had one customer in front of me. You could tell that the employees just didn’t give a damn.

Automated is fine. But then no reciept. Then the lady can’t print the reciept….. so how am I suppose to know my order number. Plus turn the reciept in on taxes for work. 30 minutes later my meal is made. No soda machine and my pop was made when my order was made what a wonderful 30 minutes soda. Pie was 30 mins past time on box. But I liked the crunchy Ness. Won’t come back here again.
