The ketchup from the dispenser was clearly expired or spoiled it had bubbling and a strong acidic sour taste, nothing like the regular ketchup packets.
I informed the manager, and without checking at all, she immediately said it wasnt expired. She was not friendly, showed no concern, and took no action.
This is unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. I wont be returning unless this location improves basic food quality and safety standards. I wish I had taken a picture of the ketchup I got first that had all the bubbles but I throw it right away, and it is hard ti se the difference from the photo but the dispenser one is like puffy and not as dark but I wish you could smell it.

It’s always a hit or mess with this McDonald’s location. Nine out of 10 times they get your order wrong and you have to wait in order for them to correct it until recently. I feel like there has been a management change and so the orders were coming out quicker and correct haven’t had an issue. I wanna say maybe in about two months or so This morning I don’t know if there’s been a change in management again, but my order was completely wrong even after I was told to go to the parking space and they would bring it to my car because I haven’t had an issue in such a long time. I trusted that it would be OK And to my dismay not only was it wrong but items were missing and I usually check my bag, but I didn’t because like I said they have gotten better, but this was by far the worst wrong order incident that I’ve had at this McDonald’s and I just really wished that they would get it together not only was my order wrong but items were missing and because I was in such a rush to go to work I didn’t even bother to return. I ordered three hot cakes with bacon extra bacon. I paid for extra bacon, three hashbrowns and a bacon and cheese Mc griddle the three hashbrowns and the Mc griddle was not in the bag and none of the hot cakes had bacon. To make it worse one had I don’t even know what that was steak burger patty I have no idea, but I was so disgusted and so dissatisfied. This was unbelievable and by far the worst mistake that I’ve experienced out of many many mistakes when it comes to my orders.

I would have left had my order not been already paid for online. The service inside is awful. I was there for over 5 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. That was not before another patron, who was waiting with me, walked out. We all know not to have high expectations for fast food establishments, but they couldn’t even do the bare minimum here. So, drive thru is the way to go if you decide to come to this location. One positive is that the lobby was clean.

Now come on, lets be real, its McDonalds, but this McDonalds is one of the worst that I have had to deal with. I went through the drive thru and the girl taking my order could not understand what I was trying to order, not sure how you can’t hear a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with a blue slush, but ok. Maybe it was all the laughter that was happening in the background between the workers?? Or maybe you were too involved with texting on your phone when I pulled up to pay for my meal?? After I asked for my receipt I pulled up to the next window to pick up my food and no hello, how are you, just a open window with a back facing towards me and the employees cussing here and there. It makes me laugh when I see employees like this and want $15 for minimum wage, uuummm no. How about training on your customer service techniques????

I recently placed a mobile order and asked for help at the cashier. The lady only looked at my order and walked away without saying anything. I waited for 15 minutes, and she kept walking by without a word to me about my order. Later, I asked another employee, and she went and asked the same employee I had asked before. She then yelled in Spanish (which I understand very well), “Esa orden no está.” I had spent 12 minutes standing there; the least she could have done was tell me that. I had to go to the drive-through because I was not being helped or attended to. Instead, I was ignored by both ladies. Finally, after 20 minutes in the drive-through and going back and forth about my order, and them arguing that the address might not be correct, even though it’s the only McDonald’s in Anna and I showed them that it was, they finally got my order out. This place was super rude, unhelpful, and just not recommended.

The new McDonald’s cannot come soon enough. Repeatedly slow, inaccurate fulfilling of order. Today we were not given a chocolate milk, and a request for no jalepenos was honored by removing lettuce… We’ll drive to Melissa or Van Alstyne for now.

Place needs a better manager someone who takes pride in their work! Place took an hour to get my food said I did not order hot chocolates but clearly the receipt says I ordered them! All I gotta say is that McDonald’s never get their orders right? They miss stuff and in people‘s food. They tell you it’s all there but when you get home, it’s not so therefore I am done ordering from McDonald’s like I’m tired of this. This is ridiculous like I worked in fast food before and I’ll always get the customers orders correct let them know everything is all there. They need to get their priorities straight and make sure everybody’s food is in order!!!

I was so disappointed! I did an online order, they told me where to park, waited 20 minutes communicating with them that several cars had come and gone, but my order hadn’t come out. Finally went in they told me I hadn’t told them where I parked, I explained THEY told me where to park. They didn’t find KY order then found the order. By the time I got the order and got home food was cold and the drink was wrong. Won’t be back!

Absolutely horrible. This McDonald’s has some of the rudest and disrespectful workers I’ve seen. They rush your order, the food is sometimes cold, you wait for 20 minutes or more just to get it too. I ordered the two cheeseburger meal and one of them didn’t even come as a cheeseburger. It was just a patty on bread. This is not the first time this has happened either. I will not be coming back.
