On April 4th, 2025 – 6:24 PM, my family decided to stop by McDonald’s for dinner to celebrate my son’s birthday, instead of going somewhere nicer like we originally planned. The young lady taking a very large order ahead of us did a great job, and our own order went smoothly.
After we ordered, my wife noticed that the dining area wasn’t very busy, so we figured we’d go ahead and eat inside. However, most of the tables were dirty—and we had a crew with us: our kids, nieces, nephews, and even our newborn.
When we asked about getting a clean table, a woman kindly responded, “Most definitely, that will be no problem.”
But to our surprise, when she returned, she handed me a spray bottle and rag and said, “Here.” Basically asking me to clean the tables myself. I was shocked. But truthfully, I’ve never been the type to think I’m too good to do anything. So I smiled, cleaned the tables, and made sure there was a spot for my kids, wife, and parents to sit down.
The sad part? Not a single employee—including the manager—seemed to think anything was wrong with that. No one stepped in. No one offered to help. It felt like they thought they were too good to do what used to be a basic part of customer service.
The biggest takeaway? Somewhere along the way, we forgot what customer service really means. And that’s disappointing.

Everytime I order something they get it wrong. You ask for sausage biscuits you get sausage McMuffin. You ask for a small hamburger you get a double burger. This is just examples. Plus most of the people Donovan talk English. I told them my order was wrong and they put the right product in but had a refund coming for the difference. And the lady waited on me couldn’t comprehend it. This is crazy. If they can’t push a correct button they need to not be taking orders. And on top of everything they’re rude.

Ordered an iced coffee this morning and it was horrible. Instead of having them remake it I went back through the drive through to ask for more creamer. The woman in the drive through speaker stated” you couldn’t have come in to grab that?” Very rudely. If I could have walked in I would have. At the window instead of being nice about giving me creamer they we’re rude about it and I said “I guess it’s better than me asking you guys to remake my coffee, the young lady just stared at me and closed the window.”

This McDonald’s is not in the greatest of locations. Shockingly, it was spotless! Great, friendly service. The young lady that took our order brought the food to our table, and there was a woman walking around meticulously cleaning the kiosk ordering areas! Big KUDOS!

I had a negative experience at the drive-thru. The employee at the window struggled to communicate clearly about my incorrect coffee order, and I found it difficult to understand her. When I asked for clarification, she closed the window and ignored me. Another employee eventually handed me my coffee, which was messy and sticky, before quickly closing the window again and ignoring that we were there. No napkins were given or offered. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service provided.

I’ve gone here several times and every time I get cold fries the drive thru could be busy and I still get cold stale fries and half the food is cold and watch out for the sauces we found our sauce were cut in what looks to have been deliberately done.

We just ordered through the drive through. After paying and getting our drinks, they told us to pull over in the mobile pick up spot. I had to call to get them to come out after 20 minutes of waiting. Then, I had to give my receipt. They gave me the food after another 10 minute wait. But refused to give a refund. All I got was an “sorry about that.” Really? It was literally 2 hamburgers and fries. That’s it. 30 minute wait!

This pulling forward crap is making me not want to go here… you pull forward just to have some angry employee throw your food out of the window… fries HALF FULL… sandwiches wrong… or missing half the order… then you HAVE to park, walk in… what’s the point of the doggone drive thru?!?!?! When I order, I want my food without having to pull forward first… just give me my order out the windows just like EVERY OTHER DRIVE THRU restaurant!!! And then the managers get mad and VERY unprofessional when you refuse to pull forward… I dont NEED mcds in my life… its just killing me slowly anyways… dont give me a reason to not go there…

Super slow service. Picked up my order over 10 minutes after it was due. They wouldn’t even answer the buzzer the first 2 times I rang it. Stay away from this place.
