I’m disgusted… this is what my daughter got in her happy meal and so I had to get back in my vehicle to go all away back, when I get there and show them this chick is literally laughing.. I do not find this funny! It is disrespectful and my flesh wanted to attack her with my words but instead I gave her grace cause I’m a woman of God and wanna set a great example for my child. I’m just so upset about this! So before you drive away make sure they aren’t tryna do this to you. They think they’re so funny but really they’ll just be loosing business and money.. so the real joke is on them.

Horrible customer service, horrible portion sizes, horrible (and overpriced) food. I’m finished with McDonald’s on Moulton street. After the drive thru was not able to get my order right, I went in and tried. I finally got food after speaking to a manager, and this is the large fry he made me. (No it didn’t spill into the bag, that’s it) To top it off, they were cold too. When you can spend the same amount of money at a place like Applebee’s, chili’s, or (better yet) Terrys place on a burger and fries as you do for a combo meal at McDonald’s, why do you? It used to be convenience, but they have even ruined that. Never again McDonald’s!

I do not frequent McDonald’s generally, but I stopped here on a whim. I needed to make change and didn’t feel like stopping somewhere, getting out of the truck, etc. I decided to get a cheap breakfast sandwich which was delicious. But I am writing my review due to the customer service I received at the drive-through. Every single person I encounter was very pleasant and professional. If I am ever in the area again, I’d be happy to come back here.

The other day, I did the mobile app with curbside with my order. I just got the 10 piece nugget meal. I waited about 10 minutes, because I ordered in the parking lot. When my food came out, it was missing the drink. So I told her very nicely I’m missing my sweet tea and she said oh I’m sorry and went back inside. 4 minutes later, she never brought the drink out. I had to go inside to ask for my drink, and I noticed that the same lady was taking someone’s order. ♀️

Not a good experience! The wait was very long. No receipt after making the purchase. I’m assuming that the credit card machine was not working, because there was a cash-only transaction. I ordered a specific item when I got it was absolutely nothing like what I ordered!!! picture attached. first experience not a good one.

Order was simple didn’t even change anything on the burger, as soon as I pull up to the first window to pay all I hear is music blaring people laughing cool whatever get to the second window waiting on my food and once it is handed to me and I pull off get my food out the fry’s are cold wasn’t even salted my burger was so cold and being pregnant I can’t eat cold meats. Now I have to go to a different McDonald’s sense they wanted to keep playing around in the kitchen and wouldn’t answer the phone. Always having issues with this McDonald’s location.

Trying to not be negative here, but can you believe a busy McDonald’s rt off of interstate 30 in Greenville Tx…would have it’s inside area closed to the public at 8:25 pm on a Thursday…yes the drive through was still open. An that’s exactly where the McDonald’s employee who was inside,,, when I pulled on the door pointed me to go after tapping his watch…Yes!!!!….8:25 pm Thursday nite on interstate 30…the food was good for a typical McDonald’s fast food…Just really wanted to get out of the vehicle for a few mins!!! An yes, maybe not eat in the car and possibly use the bathroom…
