The Big Mac looks like it was just thrown up in there, the fries were hard and COLD and weren’t even filled enough! They didn’t even fill my drink up and the meal didn’t even come with the pickle packet??? Like is that not the whole purpose of the meal.

I recently picked up DoorDash and Uber Eats orders from this location. Overall, the staff were quick and respectful, especially considering how busy it gets.
I’m giving 3 stars because the doors were being locked very early, around 9 PM, even though the signage says they close at 11 PM. A few customers were sometimes still inside, and the team was still making delivery orders, so most of the time I could get someone to let me in. However, on one visit I went to the door near the delivery area and knocked, and an employee ignored me completely. I ended up having to cancel the order.
Overall, it’s a decent McDonald’s with respectful staff and a good play place, but I would not expect top notch service late at night.

I don’t know if the workers did something to my breakfast sandwiches or simply food poisoning. They gotten my order wrong, I politely took it back to the counter. The manager seem a little frustrated,hey you got the order wrong not my fault. 2hrs later My back and arms are sore like having the flu, I’m shivering to the point my teeth are clattering and a slight fever. Finally I puked a few times and gradually things got a little better. Have this happen to anyone else?

I get your short staffed, but closing the lobby while your app still takes counter and table service mobile orders is unacceptable. Especially when I’m then told I have to go through drive through. At this point I just wanted a refund. They told me to cancel on the app, I tried but they already started the order because I was already there. They then told me I had to ask for a refund on the app, but the app specifically says otherwise. Last time I’ll order from this McDonalds at night.
Edit: returned the next day for a refund, in the end it was easier for them to just remake the food.

This is my usual McDonald’s and I do appreciate the workers at this time coming in with weather like this it was greatly appreciated. But, as soon as I ate and drunk my beverage my stomach started to rumble. Please check lettuce, chicken, and buns. Also make sure the soda machines are up to part constantly so that the drinks can be replace when need be and cleaned out.

Didn’t ring my order up correctly. Went to the pick up windowI ask for jelly, the cashier said there isn’t any jelly.. ok cool! I leave to eat my sandwich I notice it had the wrong egg on there.. Went back to get sandwich fixed.. The lady served me a round egg in a McNugget box. Round egg was stuck to the box cheese came off sandwich stuck to the folded egg. Right before I received it I overheard a couple of associates laugh. Like they knew thats the improper move to make working but joking out loud in a trillion dollar corporation. I Didn’t make a fuss, I just rode off to write this review. They charge for .50 cents for caramel and chocolate a piece $1.00 for the expresso shot and .59 for the crushed Oreo. Being honest this isn’t my first time having a negative experience at this particular restaurant. Great location. Horrible work practices. Sub par etiquette. Burger might have too much sauce on it ,it might not even missing something sometimes. It’s always something with this particular location my experience..I think it’s best that I stay far away from this location for a long time.

I went to the drive through after a really long day. There were two cars ahead of me in the other line and I don’t mind waiting my turn but was a little annoyed when I wasn’t greeted next but the car that came after me got their order taken first. That was whatever. When the girl finally started taking my order, she asked if the order was medium or large. I told her just a regular meal because that’s just how it naturally came out and she just kept asking. I let her know several times I had answered her question, and then clarified that a regular meal is a medium meal and she took that to be “attitude” and then said she refused to take my order. I asked what she meant that I just wanted to complete my order and she just kept saying no we have the right to refuse service. I just pulled up next in line and decided to either finish it with her at the window or if she wouldn’t help I would go to the second window. When I got to the window I told her I wanted to finish my order because I don’t understand what happened. She was so combative and said that I was giving her attitude. I again explained I was clarifying because we weren’t understanding and I just wanted to place my order and move on with my day. I was ordering for my daughter and myself and so I had to clarify the order with her in the car and the lady just kept hassling us about what we wanted. My daughter is 14 so like sorry she was figuring it out, yikes. Anyway, she was very unpleasant so when I got to the second window I asked for her name to leave feedback. The guy brought another woman to the window (who was very nice and helpful), she apologized for her terrible customer service and I could tell this wasn’t a one off experience. She gave me the woman’s name who gave bad service (Cindy) and my experience with those two people at the second window was fine. My food was correct and hot and fresh. This girl doesn’t need to be talking to customers at all if this is a common occurrence. Maybe she needs another role. I otherwise generally have a good experience at this location

I would strongly advise against visiting this McDonald’s. The burger I received had a strong, unpleasant, almost fishy smell, which may indicate spoilage or contamination. This could be a sign of bacterial growth, possibly Lactobacillus spp. Extremely disappointed with the quality and concerned about food safety.
