To start off, the manager was so mean to all the poor worker. She really needs to be nicer to her workers before they quit. The interaction I had with the nice girl with colored hair was 10 out of 10 customer serves. Now the curly head boy with glasses needs to work in repeating the order but besides that he’s okay.

Respectfully, I will not be visiting this location ever again. Ordered food and picked it up through the drive-through to be given the wrong food and then no one answered the phone… Not everyone has time to go back up there to get things corrected! A little more attention to detail and a little bit of customer service and times like this would be greatly appreciated.

Every time I come here even when it’s not busy they have you park in the waiting area. Just today I had to park there and they don’t even have a line nor are they busy to tell two people to park in the waiting area. It’s a Sunday 12pm not even people are in there to say they are busy it’s all to save themselves time.
Update: almost 15 min wait, fries were very cold and unsalted, burger was definitely cold. Worst food ever from this location and that’s a first.

Absolutely horrible, it’s right off the freeway but the lady taking my order. Took it, did not repeat it. She actually charged me extra and added things I didn’t request. She got mad and said in Spanish “I should’ve told her code at window” but she didn’t even input correct order so I wouldn’t been able to use code. So angry and than maybe you should take a break from drive thru window!!! Older Hispanic lady she was a manger because she wore the black cardigans.smh Do Better!! It’s always at this location! It’s like y’all hate your job but will hog hours and continually be irritated at work….smh sad

Terrible service. The young lady behind the counter refused to acknowledge us when the order we placed at the kiosk was missing items. She also told my daughter that she would not refill her drink and offered no explanation as to why not. I saw the only other people in the restaurant wait for almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter.

Longest wait ever! There was one car in the other lane and it took them 10 minutes to answer, even after the other car pulled up)! I had placed a mobile order so this would be “fast food,” and it was not even close. I was wasting gas, time and starving. I decided to park and go in. There was no customers standing there and I still waited a while. I also saw plenty of people standing in back so it’s not like there wasn’t anyone working. The lady who finally came was so slow and nonchalant. She barely acknowledged me, looked at my drive thru code and left. Again, I waited. I realize there are a lot of behind the scenes things that happen and I normally have patience, but not when there’s no regard for the customer. I’ll never go back to this location again. There are so many other options in the area.

We were in a hurry and although there were a few cars ahead on us in the drive-thru, the line moved fairly quickly. We were in and out of there in just under 10 minutes. The only thing is, they forgot one of our fries. Otherwise, it was the true meaning of fast food that we needed.

On line order did not get it right and ordered on their app which should not allow this to happen plus I used my 6000 pts reward for nothing since the order was incorrect and at the drive thru window upon picking up another item on the app was unavailable and had to unconveniently had to substitute with no way to address this issue on the app

The fries taste like they’re being microwaved.
Then the app says they don’t have a lot of items but if you order it in the drive through they have it.
You have a sign on the window telling you how many sauces for for the nuggets. And you filled my large fries with ketchup packets that I didn’t ask for! Are you truly trying to prove that a McDonald’s can go bankrupt because this sucks.
Quick update I stormed in and the manager took care of it immediately she swapped out my fries for some fresh ones and I appreciate that. I don’t know who is in charge of her. That is creating such a horrid customer experience at this McDonald’s, but McDonald’s need to look into who the franchise is and swap them out

It’s sad to say I used to be a fan, but now it scares me to death, just wondering what we are eating, even if they were to be exposed, nobody would believe it. I had chicken nuggets with the wrong sauce ordered hot mustard but got honey mustard.
