McDonald’s provides pretty good service. When I visited, it wasn’t very busy, which was nice. The food was hot and delicious. I also tried their new pumpkin pie, and it was tasty. Overall, the prices were reasonable.

Every time I go here on the weekend around 11pm- midnight, they have the menus turned off, blacked out. And they always have a “broken” credit card machine so they are “cash only”. All this is very suspect. And on top of that, they are very rude, and the food is always cold. This is multiple time exact same thing experience. Not a onetime. This place needs some serious management intervention

My son realized that we were now in the month of March and wanted to see if we could find a shamrock shake. The last two or three years that we tried every McDonald’s have been sold out. We arrived and the first thing my son did was ask the gentleman at the counter if they had any. When they said they did, he asked if we could have lunch as well. My son ordered a big arch and some nuggets and I split the nuggets with him. You can see from his smile that he’s a happy camper.

I ordered McDonalds online today, ordered it for curbside pick up. I got to the store at 9:49pm and selected my parking spot. I waited and waited. I called and the stoee and there was no answer. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went into the store to inquire about my order. After waiting some more I finally got to someone to help me in the front. I asked the girl about my order and she went to the back for about 5 minutes then came back and asked what I needed help with only for her to remember she was asking about my order. She asked me to move to the side and I said no because I had asked about my order and I had already been waiting, probably about 45 minutes at that point, and I still had not received a status on my order, the person behind me was also a curbside pick up waiting for his order who had to come in after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Not sure how li g that person waited but it was at least 20 minutes. The girl in the front went to the back after learning this and stayed back there for the rest of my time there. At some point while I was still waiting some Indian girl came to the front and was extremely rude, I asked for the managers information and she said she didnt know it but they had a shift manager and kept point to some guy with a bowl hair cut and red tie on in the back. That guy never interacted with me even thought his staff kept informing him of whats going on. After about a total of one hour waiting on my order it finally came out and I asked the young lady for the store managers name and she said she didnt know at first then told me his name was Edgar. I asked for the last name and she said she didnt know. I asked her if the guy with the bowl hair cut knew since I would assume a shift manager would know the name of his boss. She went to speak to him and came back and said they dont know his last name they just know his name is Edgar. This experience was just a joke. I get you guys are busy I dont mind that. I realize that since im doing a curbside pick up order, naturally I will have to wait a bit longer, however waiting a total of an hour for an online order is unacceptable. Having to wait 30 minutes parked then another 30 minutes in the store is a joke. YOUR STAFF NOT KNOWING YOUR NAME IS A JOKE. Edgar I hope they lied to me, otherwise I dont know what kind of job you are doing over there. Your staff not knowing your name is crazy.

First visit here, at the request of my buddy who wanted nuggets, and to play, at McDonald’s ‘Playland’. The play area was a mess! There was even a high chair laying on its side in the middle of the floor. I got my own paper towels and a glass of water to wipe a table and seats. My buddy played while waiting for the food. I thought maybe they would clean up once they brought my food and saw how messed up the area was but they did not. Fry’s in the kids meal or a little bit cold and floppy but the rest of the food was okay. The reason I gave them four stars instead of two is because second shift showed up and restored a little faith. A very nice young lady, that had just arrived for work, did a great job of cleaning up the earlier shifts mess. Even asked if I was okay. She saved the day.

Just about every morning, I come to this McDonald’s. I get an ice coffee but can someone please tell me where the coffee is, I complain numerous of times and yet I still get more Creamer then I do coffee. And it’s always the same lady with a blonde bun on top of her head. Don’t know her name.

Did a mobile order and waited more than 30 minutes. Had to go into lobby to request my food, I know it can get busy but need more organized procedures. Mobile orders are important as is drive thru.

Don’t order or buy from here, 90% of the time the orders wrong on several occasions I’ve said plain for the food and they still put everything not to mention the employees that work there don’t know how to work the cashiers or machines properly and complain when you want your order fixed
