I go up to the drive thru wanting to order an ice cream cone. The person on the speaker says “our ice cream machine is broken”. Apparently this is always common when they’re just to lazy to make an ice cream. I continue to just order chicken nuggets instead. I pull up to the pick up window and I see an ice cream cone and a milkshake? I asked the young girl if I could please get an ice cream because the drive thru speaker was telling me the ice cream machine was “broken” and kindly enough she did so I appreciate her! I’m seriously tired of people just not wanting to give out ice cream? what’s the deal? If you’re lazy to make an ice cream just say that.

Worst experience at a McDonald’s. Now I don’t expect 5 start service but come on! Staff was a bunch of grumpy kids that clearly didn’t want to be there. Each window We were met with ugly glares and eye rolling. We didn’t even ask for anything at the windows! We just wanted to pay and grab our food. We ordered a happy meal and got chicken nuggets and fries thrown in a bag- no apples, no toy. I assumed oh maybe they ran out of happy meal boxes and bags. Nope it was just wrong! Then all our food was burnt. We couldn’t eat any of it. Just trash!

So i went in to order ordered a crispy chicken sandwhich with cheese only. Lady puts plain on screen. I asked does plain mean meat and cheese she said it should. I paid then she walked off and asked and of course it didnt mean that. Wanted me to swipe my card for 53cents r u serious. So i go to my car to get change. Who wants to swipe there card for 53cents. Any how i go to get my food there is only 2 drinks i ordered 3 and when i asked he said its not on there. Well not sure what happened lady repeated it back. The manger basically was acting like i was trying to get free stuff. Wow then i get to my truck my daughter says why did i get apples i said i dont know i said double fries she even repeated it back to me double fries.!! Like wth mcdonalds. Manger and staff all suck. Worst mcdonalds ever.

Food is horrible as always, but being it’s cheap and most of the time quick we go there some times. I don’t understand how there are that many managers working at the same time and still so much confusion behind the counter. The employees plop your bag on the counter and turn around and walk away. Nobody says anything to you and infact try to avoid eye contact with you at all cost. Employees and managers are too worried about their phones and talking to one another than serving the customer. The cartwright store has much better customer service.
