To give a one star review is too generous. Why do they bother having a dining area when there is no cashier to properly assist you. Nor is there an in-house soda fountain or napkins. After ordering from the AI computer eyesore, it took at least ten minutes get the overpriced items. Mc Donald’s is a sad, pathetic restaurant despite the technology.

I come every morning at 5 in the morning to get breakfast before heading to work. The lady’s that are there are nice but not sure who makes the coffee but anytime I ask for a coffee, it doesn’t matter what kind its always missing something and just taste straight up like black coffee. I order the same number 6 but the coffee is different most of the times and it always gets screwed up. Im not the one to complain ive been going to this McDonald’s since I moved here a month ago and everytime I go “well maybe next time it’ll get better” nope.

This by far is the slowest McDonalds in Ellis County, the more busy one on Highway 77 is way more faster than this one. Been in line 20 minutes and still counting, waiting on breakfast. This is the only McDonalds that makes you pull up to the 3rd window, or parking spot one, everytime I order. Not really trying to be too negative, but they really need re-strategize how they run the line.

Oh my where do I start. First of, if you’re reading this. DO NOT accept to go park at number 1 or anywhere besides the main food window, they can wait.
I ordered my food fresh (and specified the sauces I wanted), I pull to the first window, I pay, then pull up to the second window and receive my drink. They ask me to go park at number 1 while they make my food fresh…
Before I leave the window, I request the sauces I wanted AGAIN, even offered to pay extra. They say no it’s fine, so I head to number 1.
I’m waiting there with my wife for 5 minutes and some guy finally comes out and asks for the receipt because they lost the order…
Okay that’s fine, I give him my receipt and tell them I want it fresh and want my sauces
After another 5 minutes, my order comes out and I drive home, trusting that after telling them 3 times my order, that they got it right.
I get home, lay down to watch a movie and open the bag to find no sauces and my missing nuggets…
To top it off, the phone number on the receipt gets to no one and they don’t have a phone number on google
Next time, I’m staying AT the window until I receive my food, I’ll bite everything to make sure it’s fresh and check every sauce before I drive off

Pretty pathetic when you charge people for bacon on their burger and don’t bother to put it on the burger. Had us park and wait so it could be “MADE FRESH”.

Was excited for this place to open to have another late night option, but holy mother of god this is the worst fast food service I’ve ever had lol. I’ve been a handful of times since opening and it has taken 20+ minutes every time to get my food, and it was like 2 cars in the line at MOST (order was also botched twice). I’ve never seen more than one person working when I’ve gone in the drive through at night, seems understaffed to hell.

Always slow. Ordered ahead and still took 20 minutes to get our food. Workers always move you to the 3rd window and then ignore you. This time not only did it take a long time the food was cold when I got it. I understand this is a new location but thus is ridiculous.

I never take time to review but this is bad. Employees swearing while they are bringing out a happy meal to a kid? Oops sorry doesn’t cut it. Ordered ahead and still waiting long enough to write this review. And this place is new!!! Wow!

I ordered a McChicken and a large fry and told to pull up to parking 1 where I waited for over 20 minutes until I had enough went inside asked what’s the update on my order. They just told me it’s almost ready and they’ll bring it out to me when ready. I waited for 10 more minutes until they finally came and I received a cheeseburger and small fry. If you see this place avoid it at all cost, go to the one in Red Oak you’ll save yourself 30 minutes and they’ll get your order right.

5 McDoubles, 5 mcchickens, 3 drinks, 3 fries, for 3 people. Got shorted one “small” fry. Went back in to let them know. Manager in back said “I put all them damn fries in that bag”. She had not. I left without the extra fry that I had paid for. I guess people lie and come back to get extra fries? Regardless, thought this was handled very unprofessionally.
