I know, with all of these 1 star reviews that it might get lost in the sea of reviews, but this might be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, every damn time I order from you incompetent wetards, I always have some sort of mess up, either stuff is missing or your employees can’t comprehend the word “double” quarter pounder and will ring up a normal quarter pounder, but this time with a missing 5 dollar bs shake and barely any fries, you’ve really outdone yourselves this time. The review may be pointless with all these bad reviews, but clearly this establishment doesn’t care anymore about the customers and clearly they don’t care about the product anymore neither.

My parents picked up some food around 9pm and when I got my food (mind you I live right behind the McDonald’s) the fries and chicken nuggets were refried and I know what that looks like because I used to work at fast food before, it’s crazy how new this McDonald’s is but they don’t work like they should, it closes earlier then most McDonalds so you’d think they would at least do their job right, its pathetic and unprofessional, you get paid and it’s your job to do your job right, it’s what they hire you for. Refrying the food is weird and sad. No way yall hire workers who are so lazy

Please do not go to this location the kids young adults that work at night are not being managed correctly at all. Their laughing and playing over the food, my order has been wrong 4 times here.Your food is always cold then they rush you while your ordering the night staff is extra rude. I asked for fresh food and fresh cookies just to get home to have hair baked in my cookies . I started going to the location off 80 very great customer service and the food is always hot. Avoid this location if your hungry late night!

I don’t know what has happened to this location. The employees are not friendly at all!! The service is terrible! We used to see the owners frequently at this location but ever since they stopped coming in it’s not the same st all anymore. Today it took us 16 minutes to get our food. My husband’s Quarter pounder double deluxe was wrong but we didn’t have time to wait for another one so he managed as best as he could. The burgers are consistently cold and the buns never seem fresh anymore. This is so disappointing! We don’t want to waste our money at this location so we will be going elsewhere even if we have to drive a little further. Do better!

placed online order, when i arrive “nancy” informed me their system was down and could not process orders. when i stated i had already placed an order nancy stumbled for a few minutes before getting her train of thought again and telling me to come to the window. she began to take no accountability in informing customers about their system going through an “update” which supposedly happens every single night according to nancy. had a rude attitude and i don’t believe she could comprehend a single thing i was explaining as far as making ordering unavailable (which i know they can do since multiple locations have done it) instead of customers waisting money and having to wait 1-7 days for their money back. just poor service overall and i know this location has nothing positive about it, just needs to be shut down or complete restaff.

They Forgot my Vanilla shake and got my drink order wrong, they have to be reminded at window to not add any ice, had this happen three times out of four I’ve been there. You have to pay attention at the menu screen when ordering a double if not they’ll put down a single of anything, writing this review because it’s ridiculous how bad the service is, and I’m sad to see that I’m not the only one.

This Mcdonalds is almost always accurate and fast and the food and drinks are almost always good. The restaurant is a little small ne inside that’s why 4 stars on the atmosphere. But it’s very clean.

Ok then McDonalds!!! This was a pleasant visit after a long day. I ordered via mobile and went inside to pick up the order. I was greeted upon entry by Fernando (who was pleasant the entire visit). The restaurant was super clean and it just didn’t feel “McDonaldsy” it felt “homey” and pleasant. My order was on point, the tea was teaing and the fries were frying this day! Thank you all!!!! Awesome service!
