Stopped here to allow child to play and eat a late lunch. Better playground which is music themed. Love that there is a bathroom in children’s play area that is neat and clean. Noted several customers with incorrect order while waiting to get salt, pepper and ketchup. Our order was correct- but they only gave 3 napkins (must not have children- lol).

They litterly make the orders wrong and they cook too long, causing other customers “hangry” (hungry and angry). This is ridiculously hard to come and eat there when they can’t do anything right or fix their problems. I really hope in the future, they will learn better and be trained more harder and more better.

I had a 5 star review 4 years ago but now this location is worse. Today the manager was rude to me and tried to overcharge me and blamed it on taxes. I was there the day before so that doesn’t make sense. I submitted a feedback but she could do a better job of being polite especially when I hadn’t even spoken to her before she came to the window. I was nice and simply explained why was going on. I submitted a feedback on the website. Hopefully someone will talk to her

Came here on New Year’s Eve. I pulled up at 9:41 when they said that they were closed I said, but y’all close at 10 then they had responded with well we ran out of all the food. I asked everything she said yes everything then I asked For the name of the employee that said that they ran out of all of the food she said it was a manager name Alicia, then I had asked for the last name and she just responded with. Have a happy New Year’s Eve.

Worst experience ever and a waste of time. Came around 4am everyone infront of me got their food, but some how after waiting 15 minutes they forgot my order. Then when they finally got my order after 15 more minutes I got my order without fries. Then when I opened me food my burger had a unreasonable about of ketchup and mustard literally all over the bun. Overall get new staff makes no sense. Felt like they were ragbaiting me they way they were acting so slow.

Asked me what kind of dipping sauce would I like and I told them ketchup at the speaker they said OK. Get to the window pick up the food for my child and there’s no ketchup and to top it off. I’m handed an apple juice with no straw. So we’re out of straws too I see this location really needs to pick it up. Manager is not doing her job.

It was about 8:30 am when I arrived so I expected a decently clean facility, but it wasn’t. Tables were dirty in the playplace. Bathroom in play place was disgusting, dried urine all over the toilet and floor. Figured maybe it was bad timing, but when I saw the nasty floor and french fries that hadn’t been cleaned, it confirmed my suspicions that no one had bothered to CLEAN AND SANITIZE the area. Since they hadn’t even began serving lunch yet, I shouldn’t have encountered any fries….

Why do I always get the same lady who never listens to my order. Screaming in Spanish at the other workers while she is on her phone. Order is always wrong and you can ask to eat in but you are getting your food in a bag!

Went for the indoor playground and ice cream (YESSSS the machine works lol) ended up staying two hours. The environment was relaxed- like being at home in a way. Staff members were nice and our food was out un no time. All of the food was hot, fresh and correct. The restrooms were clean. Also they would periodically check the areas to make sure everything stayed neat.
