I had a great experience at the McDonald’s on 909 Beckley Ave. The staff was friendly and welcoming, my order was accurate, and the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean, and service was quick even when it was busy. This location consistently delivers what you expect from McDonald’s and does it well. Definitely one of the better spots in the area—I’ll be coming back!

Store was about to close on the inside. They had locked up a couple min early. Manager saw I wanted to refill my drinks and let me in. Very friendly and good customer service! Food was warm.

Make sure you check your order before leaving. Almost half the time I order hear they get something wrong (e.g., forgetting an item, not providing the right condiments or simply not placing them in the bag). Is it really that difficult to get the order correct? Management needs to make some improvements here!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this McDonald’s. The manager on duty was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and showed no effort to de-escalate or resolve the issue. Instead, she became defensive and dismissive, and even denied things that happened until she was confronted with the truth.
What made the experience even more disturbing was the way customers were treated differently. If you are not Mexican or Latino, be prepared to be talked down to, ignored, or made to feel like you are unintelligent. As a Black customer, I felt completely disrespected, devalued, and unwelcome. No one deserves to be treated this way.
This location seriously needs new leadership, especially whoever is managing on Sundays. McDonald’s should not tolerate this kind of behavior from anyone representing their brand.
I do not recommend visiting this location, and if you do have an issue, good luck getting any real help. This was an unacceptable and disappointing experience all around

All I have to say is that the Filet-O-Fish has reduced to the size of a slider now, and the price is way too high. I like pickles added to mine, and if you want more than two slices, you MUST ask for a container on the side, because asking for pickles, then extra does not commute to the robotic McDonald’s system of food prep.
