Why am I paying for a large meal if all you’re going to give me is less than a medium fry? I could understand if it was busy, but there mightve been 2 cars in the drive thru and 3 people in the lobby.

Pulled up drive thru ordered and waited a few minutes longer than normal. Grabbed double QP and left. Got to hotel across the highway. Burger was hot, fresh off grill and not under sun lamp for 10 minutes. Bun was soft and not too much catsup. Great job, a Lil patience from customer may ultimately get you a better burger.

This is a newer McDonald’s. It is very clean and the employees are very helpful. They were a lot of customers in the place. I will only eat breakfast at McDonald’s, I do t particularly like their hamburgers, but I love those French fries, baby. The one thing that struck me odd is that there was a sign that said you only had 30 minutes to eat your food. After that, they considered you loitering. I’ve never seen that before. It was not a bad experience at all. God bless

Absolutely terrible experience. My one-year-old and I both got sick after eating McChickens from here. We were throwing up and felt horrible, and it was really scary seeing my baby that sick. Food safety should be the bare minimum, and this place completely failed. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend anyone else eating here either.

This McDonald’s does a lot of travel traffic. From the outside looks great and updated so we stopped

Ewe bad choice

I’ve never been so grossed out by a McDonald’s. The play area seats are torn up and didn’t look clean at all. Whole area looked neglected. In the play area two drinks had been spilled and no one seemed to care.

Well lit and lots of space in the eating are. Staff were as expected.

Bathroom? Disgusting. I’m not a germaphobe but I lined the toilet with two layers of toilet paper and wish I could have stood to pee. I changed my toddler’s diaper in the car because I didn’t even want her in there. Finish out is nice and new but doesn’t look like regular walk through a by staff or cleaning mattered.

What a cool design. The restaurant is set up for large groups or large families. Lots of different seating options. They have two TVs to catch up on the local weather & news and national news.
The indoor playground is big as well with TV playing cartoons. My grandson loved it.

The food order was correct and hot. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Got the 2 C combo, which is the quarter pound with cheese and got home. They never took the paper off the beef Patty. I have all kinds of pictures. And it of disgusting. If I knew how to post pictures i would. I called there manager’s name was m. A she said and she said I’m sorry, and that’s it. No, anything I can do for you or anything. I’m sorry, enjoy your paper. And the kicker is they put the cheese over the paper so they had to of saw the paper and knew about it. Neglect

Placed an order on the app yesterday and for some reason, the attendant on the drive thru/first window said to go ahead. Lady at the second window said that I needed to reorder at the drive thru so I left. In my head, it didn’t make sense why I would need to reorder my food when I already paid for it on the app. Other locations/fast food joints never do this.

Went in the morning, talked to the manager showed proof of the order, proof of funds being taken out. I get there and said I talked to the manager in the morning about my order that I didn’t get/was told to reorder. She asked when I can come and get it. I told her tonight(11/16/25). She said it was fine and left a note in her notebook. Took 30 minutes just to get my food.

I got there at 10:55. Spoke to a lady at the drive thru she said she would need to confirm it and since it was busy. It would take a bit. I said ok. Told the lady at the first window she said she would tell the lady upfront. I spoke to the lady at the second window and said she would need to verify and said to pull up to the third window. After 10-15 minutes of waiting after speaking to her, she brings out the notebook tries to argue that I spoke to the manager in the morning and assumed it was due to breakfast. I told her 2 times my name. At the second window, I told the drive thru attendant my name and the lady at the first window my name. 4 times. 4 times I said my name and the lady with the notebook said a different name. Was it on purpose? I don’t know but it sure made me upset. I don’t know if communication is lacking in there but man it has been back-to-back days with bad service(morning was great).

As someone who used to work at fast food, this is common. If we mess up and a customer complains about something we didn’t do right we try to fix it, especially if an order was given/made wrong. We do our best to make it right. In my case, miscommunication from McDonalds. If a name is given and said to talked to a manger, we check and verify with our notebook. Check with the manger that they spoke to that was on the shift. We ring up the order and hand the food out when ready.

Ordered 2 simple ice-creams & 1 ice coffee thru doordash. Leave it to McDonald’s to only make 1 correct ice-cream, mess 1 up and not make the 3rd one, then they don’t answer the phone. I see y they have 3.9 star average. Maybe 1 star could help.
