The workers are nice, but we all got food poisoning after eating here not once but TWICE! I gave it another try because I thought it could have been something else we had eaten. Always forget our apple slices even when we paid separately for them so the kids could have extra fries too. Save your time and money, go to the other McDonald’s in town. Way cleaner restaurant there.

I was the only person waiting for a chicken sandwich, and I watched as a crew of like 8 people talking and goofing off. I watched as the guy who made my sandwich stop putting it in the wrap so he could finish saying something to a coworker. Then, after he put the sandwich down the chute, I watched for another couple of minutes waiting for them to hand it to me. I eventually had to get the attention of a girl up front to point out that my sandwich was ready. Then, on top of the super slow service, I wasn’t given any napkins.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had terrible service at this location. I ordered two kids meals and I waited for nearly 25 minutes. There were at least 6 people working and none of them acted like they cared at all. They could tell I was frustrated and one of the girls was moving slow on purpose adding in the apple slices and then asked me what I ordered. I didn’t even get the drinks either but I was over it at this point so didn’t bother to ask. Just rude and I will not be going back again until they re-staff.

This McDonalds is located in the Walmart on 3500 West 7th st., 9/10, my order is correct but is done in a sloppy, unsanitary fashion. There are never enough employees on the floor, often I will wait 5-8 minutes waiting at a register and no one coming. I watched the employee “Princess” aimlessly wondering and staring at the order screen, trying to kill time while I was waiting at the counter to have my order fixed. I had ordered their infamous bacon-cheesy fries with no bacon and extra cheese. I watched Princess put almost no cheese and BACON on my fries. I looked at the screen and my receipt and they both specifically said NO BACON. She handed me the box and I said thank you. I brought the box to my table, hoping that it was not my fries she put bacon on, but lo and behold, there was bacon on my poor fries. I walk to the counter and again wait another 5 minutes for assistance and no one coming to my aid until my friend got their attention. I said the issue and she made more fries but this time took entirely too long, then taking my fries to the back after they were done as if they were holding them hostage. She brought the box back the the fry area and I watched her, WITH NO GLOVES MIGHT I ADD, and arranged the fries with her bare hands so she could close the container. I ate around the fries she touched and my pallet cringed as I got a mouthful of pure sodium chloride. I will not be ordering anything more than a soft drink at this establishment, these employees need to wear gloves and hair nets at all times. Beware , the bacon cheese fries are not worth the 3 dollars and change McDonald’s charges.

No line, 8 folks working, slowest McDonald’s I have been to in a blue moon. Ordered 2 mcChicken sandwiches and small fries, order took 13 minutes. Manager said sorry for wait but there is no excuse for this kind of pitiful service, and then fries were cold. And god forbid, they be smart enough to think to put napkins in a to-go order
