Update February 28th 2026. If there’s an award for the worst McDonald’s in the entire state of Texas this one should win.

I ordered a simple cheeseburger from the app for pick up at the counter. When I arrived there was no one to help me. there was one small bag on the shelf with no name no ticket … nothing I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to finally come out and be extremely rude to me and say” our printer is broken and yes that’s your food”. I said well it would have been nice if you guys could use this amazing invention called an ink pen and write my name on it or simply respond when someone is calling out from the counter asking for help. The employees in this McDonald’s are shockingly disorganized, disgruntled, untrained and offer the rudest experience you will ever have at any McDonald’s in the world. The franchise owners should go back to McDonald’s University for training the managers should all be fired and new employees should be brought in who actually know how to do their jobs.

Dystopian nightmare this McDonald’s should be shut down or have the entire staff replaced including the management.

Update second visit in 2 days. This time to pick up for someone else. Even worse than the last experience please see the two videos. Several customers with wrong orders one who received a half-eaten hamburger. From another customer’s order. That had been returned. I asked to speak to the manager and no manager showed up for an additional 10 minutes. The employees seem flustered as if they had no idea what they were doing. At one point there was nine people waiting at the counter for help with no employees in sight.

After my previous review I received an automated response from the owner saying contact McDonald’s corporate via the website. Clearly this McDonald’s cares nothing at all about the customers. FYI there was almost 15 cars lined up in the Drive-Thru not moving. I asked a couple people in line with they were waiting for inside the store and they said they had drive-through orders that were completely wrong missing items once said the hamburger was cold with a bite out of it.

Don’t go inside they don’t want you inside. After a 2-month long remodel this McDonald’s has reopened its dining room and customer service area to be the most customer-unfriendly place you’ve ever walked into. I waited 10 minutes before I saw an actual human being all of the employees are now hiding behind a wall. Another customer next to me has been waiting 15 minutes just for ketchup. Once an employee appeared they seemed irritated that they had to actually talk to people. You are better off going through the drive-thru and waiting in a long line there because if you adventure inside you will never be helped unless of course you only want to place your order on the kiosk and wait for your bag to magically appear 15 to 20 minutes later on a shelf. And hopefully your order is correct because, the employee will run away as quick as they can to avoid having any human interaction. I repeat for your own sanity avoid avoid avoid

Since they remodeled, this place has gone downhill fast. From kids high at the window to drinks that aren’t filled up and they refuse to top off. Like its a drink and I just want a full cup. Sonic right by here is a solid alternative option.

The morning of 3/7/2026, hubby and I just get our breakfast but this lady-hispanic, petite lady, working in order pick up line-give us the wrong order, rude customer service, and slam the window door as she left. What in the world, McDonald’s! Train your employee how to portray a good customer service, we pay for our food, we are not beggars!

This location has changed! Only 1 register inside, required to order via kiosk, takes FOREVER to get food. No interaction from staff and if your order is incorrect, the focus is entirely on the drive thru and have to wait for someone to help or even notice you need help! This is crazy but….McDonalds right! Waited over 35min to get a take out order. If you come to this location, only do the drive thru or better yet, look at other fast food options as this is definitely NOT fast food!

Since they remodeled the lobby, this place is extremely inconvenient to try and order at the counter. The staff has even said the new layout is horrible. They can no longer tell when a customer is at the register or not. So guests are waiting longer for simple orders or refills, now that they took the drink station away for public use. Even the quality of the food has declined. Burgers have been very dry, as well. I was eating here almost every day for lunch, as I work at the school next door. I have began looking for better options now. I suggest others do the same.

The Mon-Fri breakfast and lunch drive-thru crew is great. Going on nights and weekends always takes twice as long and it’s highly likely your order is wrong. You’ll get zero service from whatever combination of high school kids that are working. Dine-in service is not good at any time of the day – food is usually pretty good any time you go though. We continue to eat here a lot bc it’s so close to the house, but try to avoid going nights/weekends.

Since the remodel, this is a horrible experience. The food is normal, we never expect much when we can go into McDonald’s anyway. But we still were okay going, because the service was good. Not anymore.

What happened to customer service?? People don’t take your order anymore, they walk by you without saying anything, when you forced to order at the kiosk, there are no numbers anyway. There also seem to be a little bit of a language barrier with some of the folks that did work there.

We will probably just try the drive-thru next time, which is disappointing. We will see if it’s any better.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Literally every time I come here which is rare, people are waiting constantly. Everyone in the drive through has to pull over to wait for their food. When you walk inside there’s no one in there just abunch of workers either standing around doing nothing or running around like chickens with their heads cut off literally accomplishing nothing. For so many workers to be in there and the amount of time it takes to get your food doesn’t add up. I finally walked in after waiting in my vehicle for 10-15min after being told to pull off to the side. After walking in and asking about my order it was just sitting there along with multiple other orders from people all parked outside.
This place need a major update on staff and some good training. Who ever the manager is needs some work.
