they keep lying & saying they don’t have sauce at the drive thru speaker but we went to the window and asked for some & got it. this has happened three times. why lie that yall don’t have buffalo sauce if i can just ask another worker and get some lmao, if yall wanna keep doing that then make sure the other workers know yall are “out of sauce”

I live right around the corner from (0.3 miles )McDonald’s and on my 15 minute work break decided to have a sundae. I added the six piece chicken McNuggets and my favorite large french fries. It doesn’t matter if the nuggets and the french fries were as good as ever because look at my ice cream! It was handed to me through the drive-through window with the lid smashed on the top and ice cream clearly spilling. My 15 minutes had been chewed up and I had to rush HOME!!!!!. I shoved the melting, smashed ice cream in my freezer. By the way, I happened to have an extra grocery bag laying on my passenger seat …thank God! I wrapped it around the cup as pictured,and put it in the freezer. I had to dash downstairs and take a spray bottle and a wet rag and wipe up the ice cream mess in my cup holder and on my seats, which will smell like sour milk and baby diapers once the sun hits it. Thank God it wasn’t our usual Texas hot afternoon. Though I live close, I would’ve had an even worse mess. This is so disappointing but thank God you share the block with Brahms and Sonic. I will never come back!!! Multiple times I’ve been disappointed by this location. Y’all just don’t care.

Worst McDonald’s service I have ever experienced! Don’t go here. I went to place an order online and when I got there the system glitched and I needed to go inside.(I did carryout) I went inside hoping to be helped and that’s not what I got. I waited 20minutes to be helped and by this point there was a line forming and still no help. By the time I got helped the person didn’t let me explain what happened and reluctantny filled my order. By this point it takes another 10minutes to fill my order and at this point what’s the point of ordering ahead of time if it takes that long. Eventually I got my food but I will never come back. Next time acknowledge your customers and put someone at the front instead of walking by!! There was other people still waiting to be helped after I left!

Very clean restroom that smells all soapy clean, great service with a super efficient and considerate crew, wonderful breakfast, followed by scrumptious strawberry creamp pie.

i was ordering my food and overheard one of the workers wearing a black sweater rudely talking to an employee (i believe her name is lupita which i learned after the other lady yelled it so much) over a minor mistake which the customer was in no way upset by. she yelled at her in spanish as if no one would understand. after she finished i watched her micro manage everything lupita did all i heard was NO NO NO. lupita gave me my order and was incredibly kind and had great service. a message for her aggressor instead of yelling and taking personal phone calls while ignoring customers why not just help newer workers properly and wipe a table as they were all dirty. people don’t learn by getting yelled at and belittled. entendio si tuvo un día difícil pero si alguien trataría a mi mamá así yo también quisiera que alguien la defienda. y para lupita estás haciendo un trabajo fantástico y se ve tu esfuerzo.

I dined in, and had a coupon for a BOGO FREE BURGER or SANDWICH. Everyone was courteous & professional. Great customer service. Everything was delicious.

Don’t come here after a 16 hr shift and expect easy service, would have had to wait to make a new order as my mobile order was not valid because it contained a milkshake, apologies for working night shift but damn that really sets me back, now I gotta be up in 6 hours for another shift and no dinner, way to drop the ball McDonald’s.

We came to this location 10/03/25 around 9:25pm and the guy at the drive through was very rude and disrespectful, he literally said to my wife “mean I’m not playing with you” we looked at each other confused like what did we do? He still continued to be rude. We left and did not want to order anymore. This is not the first time this happens. Please retrain your night crew ASAP!!
