I am reporting the manager here for breakfast whose name is Amanda. She makes people feel like they’re trying to rob McDonald’s when they forgot to include the hash brown with the meal. We called numerous time and kept the receipt. And over a single hashbrown they give you the hardest time and make you feel like you’re the one at fault. Terrible management and attitude towards paying customers. We really like the hash brown and just wanted the one that was missed to be added to our new meal. As an extra. Mistakes happen just make it right instead of acting like you can do no wrong and the customer is lying. That’s exactly how it feels.

This has got to be the absolute worst McDonald’s Ive been to. I ordered 2 different sandwiches one made how it comes and one made with only pickles and ketchup. They got the order backwards so I went back around, no one taking our order seems to speak English and had trouble understanding what I was saying. Then when I thought they understood and I got my food it was 2 completely different sandwiches not even made the way those sandwiches are supposed to be made but they took my reciept and refused to make the sandwichs I paid for. So disrespectful. Do not come to this McDonald’s do yourself a favor.

Used to be the best location but the man in the drive through and the ladies that give you the food at the last window don’t give you all of the food. And when you ask they make you seem like you’re a hassle. Please fix this issue, it’s almost as if they do it so they can keep the food. I hope that’s not the case.

⭐⭐ Meh. Disappointed by the lack of leadership.
I stopped by my local McDonald’s for a quick bite and was asked to pull forward to wait on fries—which is fine. While waiting, I watched the manager kick trash into the bushes. The moment she noticed me watching, the guilt was written all over her face. She rushed back inside and soon sent someone else out with a broom and yellow vest to clean it up. That kind of behavior reflects a real breakdown in leadership. If there’s no respect for the property, it makes you wonder what else is being overlooked behind the scenes.
Also, not a fan of the new McFlurry setup. They changed the cup and no longer use the iconic spoon to blend it. So now it’s basically soft serve with mix-ins dumped on top. Not exactly what we signed up for.
All in all, the visit left me wondering: is this the result of poor training or just laziness that’s being tolerated? Either way, it doesn’t leave a great impression.

This is my favorite McDonald’s to go to. The fries are always hot and fresh! The staff is friendly and the location is great. Keep those fries hot and fresh!

My burger was smooshed flat! This burger looks very unappealing. It looks like someone took their anger out on my burger. Of course I’m not going to eat it. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Sorry but I can’t even tell you how upset I am I wasted my lunch coming back to fix my order. They placed a regular hot and spicy chicken patty in my spicy McCrispy sandwich, big price difference and I pay extra for extra sauce on it too. So I come back through the drive thru and ask for a manager and whoever she is no name given and no name tag, she basically starts talking to me in spanish…im like so we dont speak English? …and she proceeds to speak to me in Spanish. Asks me to go to the window to talk to her…Im in a drive thru im not about to wait in line longer to talk to her. So I drive around park and hand her my open sandwich and tell her that the patty is wrong. She doesn’t look at me doesnt say anything and just hands it to her cook, they “remake” and just hand it off…no remorse no apology and not a word. Yall need to get yalls management together because I’ve come here before and had one guy in the back calling people the “N” word very loudly and acting like there aren’t customers around…all while the manager did nothing that day neither.

Place seemed pretty clean that’s why the 4 stars for atmosphere, everything else was horrible. 1st when I first ordered the 2c no onions (quarter pounder w/cheese deluxe) I got the quarter pounder w/cheese, no veggies at all only pickles. Fine, so I went back and they were nice about the mistake and asked if I wanted them to remake it so I said yes, all still cool. When I got the burger back, I noticed that it was the same burger just with the veggies and mayo thrown on. Last I checked “remake” meant new burger. Also fine, whatever, a little off putting but I paid for it so I was gonna work through that and just eat it. The part that killed it for me was when I picked up the burger and was about to take a bite that I noticed something brown on the bottom of the bun. I dug it out to take a closer look and it’s a dead roach that was baked into the bun. Those buns are shipped pre-made to the store, I know, I’ve worked fast food and my husband worked at McDonald’s many years ago, I doubt that procedure has changed. That being said, I will never eat at any McDonald’s ever again and I hope the world sees this post

There is no beverage option to drink at McDonald with only lemon drink & some coffee. I don’t know what the staff is doing to fix the other drinks .
