I know what you are thinking… Why a picture of my Iced Coffee – Because McDonald’s doesn’t play; Their coffee hits different. It’s dark, delicious, and consistent… All the qualities I like. And trust me, I’ve been around the block when it comes to coffee, and I always find my way back to McDonalds. I LOVE this location btw (380 and Lake Forest). The staff is wonderful, and always on point. Dalia (sp?) was super sweet and I wish I could individually name all the staff and amazing managers here. Thank you for always starting my day off right 🙂

I’ve experienced multiple issues with missing items from the drive-thru at this location. This has happened more than once, which is concerning.
I understand that things can get busy, but order accuracy is a basic expectation — especially for a paid transaction. Repeated mistakes create inconvenience and frustration for customers.
Unfortunately, the store phone is consistently unanswered, which makes it difficult to resolve issues when they occur. That lack of accessibility only adds to the problem.
The one star reflects how disappointed I was — especially since I was really craving that Filet-O-Fish. Apparently this location has gotten me five times already

I had just came to get something to eat after the gym and the service was horrible I left. First we get to the drive thru and no one is answering there was a car that was already there for what it looked like some time waiting to order , we waited at lease 5 minutes before driving up to the first window to get someone’s attention so that we can order because there was a line building, when we get there were wait once again for like 3-5 minutes for someone to come and when they finally did the guy just looked at us and dismissed us and walked away and never came back. Then we went to the second window and we were legitimately honking just trying to get something to eat for another 10 minutes and when the lady finally came, she acted like she didn’t know what was going on and when we tried tell her nobody is answering , and we want to order and she kept talking over us and then closed the window mid conversation. Honestly I’m so disappointed but not surprised by the service. I honestly think yall need to do better I should have to wait 20 minutes to just try and order DO BETTER. !!

I just met the rudest mcdonald’s guy who gave me my worst mcdonald’s experience ever. It was around 1am. I usually use the app on the drive through to save time and save the trouble of saying the whole order and also, I pay from the app.
Today I went here on the drive through, got some discount from the app and said the code. They accepted the code and asked for my order. I said that it should be already in and it should be paid. They said they don’t accept codes (which is not true cause they did accept, and it showed in my app. See the photo).
I said you just accepted it. They said no we didn’t. I asked why? They didn’t reply and asked “what can I get for you?” I said that I just ordered from the app which they got, and they should give me that. They guy repeated again that they don’t accept codes. I said why? The guy didn’t reply and just hung up there. I thought for a moment that I should go to the window and ask him but decided to not waste any more of my time and moved on to another place.

I ordered delivery, and the packaging as nicely sealed. However, I ordered fries no salt. They were good but some salt were added. I had nuggets but were old and not crispy. This was around 2pm, so shouldn’t taste old.

Clean McDonalds with small area for sitting – no children play area. The bathroom was clean and seating arrangement is kept well maintained. The food service and speed is okay. They gave kiosks inside for quick self order. Courteous employees and ample parking outside. Nice location on top of US-380 and opposite to the Baylor hospital.

The manager ,Carla, and the drive thru employee were very rude. They didn’t put sauce in my bag after I ordered almost 30 nuggets. I sent my daughter inside to get some but they wouldn’t give her any. I went inside and wasted at 5 to 10 minutes because I went back and forth telling them my order and showing my receipt. Only for her to give me 2 sauces for almost 30 nuggets. This location is close to my home but I will not return as I have no desire to waster unnecessary time trying to prove to people that I need sauce.
