I used my soon to be expired app points for a Mc chicken sandwich. This time I tried something new by adding Big Mac sauce. Of course it was a fee on a free item. The squirt I received seemed personal. Like it was the last of the container THEY bought from the store. For a extra fee, I need the sauce oozing out like on the Big Mac. Never again !

Crazy how often they are out of key items. For breakfast it’s orange juice for over a month. For dinner it’s completely out of SODA! Went here today 7/12/2023 for breakfast and my McMuffin was burnt and hash brown wasn’t fresh at all. Called 3 times when I made it to work when I realized it and NO ANSWER. (My mistake) I went here for lunch and ordered lunch only to have ALL my fries at the BOTTOM of the brown paper bag. I don’t know if they expected me to eat all the fries from the bottom of the bag so I asked for my money back only for them to tell me to pull to the 2nd window and took forever to come to that window to acknowledge me and keep in mind I’m ON LUNCH so I don’t have much time. So I pulled back to the other window and ask what was taking so long just to refund me and the workers just laughed . Horrible service but they have really been slacking I don’t think the crew today felt like working . 0 stars

I was 3rd in line in the drive-thru, ordered a happy meal and a big mac meal, a couple of chicken sandwiches and a cheeseburger. Waited in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes before they told me to park and they’ll bring my order to me. Which is acceptable, maybe they’re dine in area/lobby is really busy or the car before me had a huge order? The car before me was next to me and they only ordered 2 shakes or some specialty drink. The lady that brought my food made 3 trips, 1st trip: brought my drinks, “where’s my food?” Showed her my receipt. 2nd trip: brought my sandwiches and fries, “where’s the happy meal?”, Showed her my receipt again showing what all I purchased. 3rd trip: saw her bringing the happy meal, but stopped her midway to make sure she also brought sauce for the chicken nuggets…she turned around and came back with a tray for me to choose from, kind of like Whataburger.

I wish zero stars were an option for this place. I ordered on the app, and when I pulled up to the second drive thru, no one answered. I watched as 4 cars on the other side were helped. I pulled up to the window and gave them my order code. The girl had a nasty attitude and asked why I didn’t order at the speaker. They then directed me to Window number 2, where I sat and waited 10 minutes for cold food. The icing on the cake was that I ordered 2 pies and only received one, and ordered a cheeseburger with EXTRA pickle and onion… The burger was plain and stale, as were the fries. Never again at this location!

It shouldn’t be that hard tap a button once order is placed so how they got my order wrong is insane. Literally wanted a McGriddle with only cheese and egg NO SAUSAGE I made that clear. Why these people give me a McGriddle with the sausage?! The sticker with the Sam which even says cheese and egg. I don’t eat pork I live maybe 10 minutes away and didn’t realize until coming home that the order is wrong. No one will answer the phone either. It’s disappointing and apparently this locations gets orders wrong often. Not good McDonalds. FYI I’m taking the sandwich back tomorrow hopefully I get a refund with no problems.

Went here on my lunch break. Ordered a kid’s meal and a Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal. They gave me two hamburgers and one cheeseburger and two fries. When I pulled away I asked where my drink was and was told I didn’t order one.

We drove there after I found that our usual McDonald’s was closed. I had placed a mobile order and was unable to take advantage of the promotion again since I had a pending order at the closed McDonald’s. The lovely woman at the drive-thru promo’d two quarter pounders for our troubles. Thanks for providing a great experience in between two negative ones. ❤️
