Went there today around 9pm The card I was using needed to be put in manually cuz the strip wasn’t working, the manager told me it can’t be done. ( A Spanish lady ) all though I knew it could, I didnt want any fuss. Next time there will be a fuss cuz she thought I was stupid, she just didn’t want to do it.

Convenient location with horrible service. While the Main Street location is closer and more often than not has better service. With the Freeway construction traffic, I go to this location to avoid that. But this location just has horrible service. Constantly have to repeat yourself through the drive thru. Folks at the windows barely speak. You get to the window hand is already out the window to hand you your order without even making sure it’s correct. And that’s when it’s slow. Just horrible.

It’s McDonald’s. Is there really anything to say about it that people don’t already know? I guess it was nice that when I asked for BBQ sauce for my fries I got it. Some restaurants have a sauce policy as if people are selling it on the streets. I avoid those places. The McDonald’s in Lewisville on business 121 posts they’re “sauce policy” in the drive-thru window. They should be embarrassed.

Please avoid this location. The quality has dropped tremendously. Everything was bland. I don’t taste anything from their nugget or chicken sandwich. Surprisingly, that they have the quality control but yet produce such bad food. On top of everything, we ordered Fish-O-Filet on a different day, a month apart, both times they didn’t put tar tar sauce and cheese in the sandwich. I hope the manager of this location does something about their quality soon.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. Not only was my order incorrect, but when I politely asked for the missing items, the employee looked out the window and told me, “No, I have a line,” instead of simply correcting the issue. When I expressed my shock and asked if she was serious, she then attempted to add the items, but by that point, the lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. I refused the correction and left.

Nighttime crew is incompetent and extremely rude. I was nothing but polite and communicated that I wanted a #9 which they didn’t know was 2 cheeseburgers. When I said I don’t want 1 cheeseburger I want 2 I was given attitude and then told they would get the manager mind you I never asked for the manager I’m not a Karen I’m just a guy who wanted a #9 . The manager hops on immediately attacking me and talking aggressively trying to force me through the order . I thanked them and told them no thank you and left. I will be contacting higher ups this was very unnecessary and unprofessional.

Multuple good points on This McDonald’s: – it is cheaper than others around (my fav meal, double qt dluxe, is 2 dollars cheaper thank the one in lewisville main street)
– The service is better than the ones in flower mound and lewisville; they always offer a tray of unlimited complementary dips; it is cleaner and always have utensils, napkins, straws, etc ready. There is soap at the bathroom!!
– believe or not, the coke has better taste, porbaly machine is well calibrated; I pick this place when I want coke, better taste than and other McDonald’s
-the only negative thing is that multiple times they’ve missed items in to-go orders, but just double check the items and if you miss one they will build it immediately, ahh and they will give you a pie for the inconvenience

They will get your order wrong. Many employees do not speak English. Over ten years, the situation is now the worst it has ever been. What is the problem? Answer this question: would you want to work where no one spoke your language?

Everyone was shouting, placing my order was a painful process, my order was wrong and special instructions on items were not followed. Staff was rude and rolled their eyes eyes dismissively when I tried to get my order corrected. Even for McDonald’s this is bewilderingly bad.
