EAT HERE DIE EARLY. Mc griddle had this sharp plastic thread that cut my tongue/lip causes some bleeding. How careless. Not to mention they dint give condiments mentioned in order, when asked impolite cross questioned me that it is in the bag several times and later gave.

The drive-thru line, even when long, moves incredibly fast, and my order is always accurate—which, let’s be honest, is the biggest win at any fast-food spot. My fries are hot, my Big Mac is put together neatly, and the coffee is perfect every time.
Beyond the speed, the staff deserves major praise. They are genuinely friendly and professional, even during the busiest rushes. You can tell the management runs a tight, clean ship, as the entire premises, including the parking lot, is well-kept. This isn’t just a convenient stop; it’s a reliably great one. It was, without a doubt, one of the best versions of this breakfast item I’ve had at any McDonald’s location.
The only aspect of the meal that fell slightly short was the hashbrown. While it was served warm, the taste seemed a bit off—possibly due to the oil used or the timing of its preparation. It wasn’t unpleasant, but it did stand out in contrast to the quality of the rest of the meal.
Despite that minor issue, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The restaurant was clean, the service was prompt, and the food—particularly the McGriddle—was thoroughly satisfying. I was having such a great day until dealing with the horrible customer service. Seriously, the amount of disrespect and the lack of proper English is utterly despicable. Stay in the drive thru, never come inside. McDonalds, you need to hire more competent workers because my day was ruined by these horrible workers.

I just went through the drive-thru at the McDonald’s on MacArthur in Irving, and this was honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in my life. I ordered a Big Mac value meal and was actually excited because I hadn’t had one in a while. The Coke was great, but that’s the only positive.
The fries were undercooked and limp. The Big Mac was barely warm, had almost no sauce on it, and was extremely dry—definitely not up to the usual standard. On top of that, I had to wait far too long in the drive-thru for food that was so disappointing.

I ordered a happy meal with 6pc nuggets and changed the drink to water. Surprisingly, they charged me for the water. When I questioned, they called their manager and the manager says water is not free. I bought happy meals more than 100 times in different locations and I know that it comes with a drink/water for free. I wouldn’t care paying 80 cents for water but the manager was trying to be mean by saying it’s just 80 cents. They don’t know their own menu ♂️

The light skin Mexican lady that works getting orders ready on october 6th at 11 am is very rude and have no clue how to handle customers. She got very upset because I asked her to remake my order , they gave me clumpy ice cream with barely any hot fudge in it, she mixed it to make it look like it had some . I asked her politely and she was so mad and started yelling . Go to another location this has terrible low quality employees.
