Don’t let it’s outside look fool you. Its interior much bigger, updated, & clean. Huge indoor kids playground too. A female employee was cleaning & sweeping during the 2 hours we were there. Even the restrooms were equally spacious & clean. Wished they put paper towels & not just air dryers. Wished they had a drink station too like most McDonald’s I’ve been to. The breakfast we ordered with caramel latte was good. Staff was courteous & efficient.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after giving this McDonald’s multiple chances, I feel like people should be warned. Every single time I come here, the experience is unprofessional, uncomfortable, and honestly disrespectful. From the moment I walk in, I’m met with stares, side conversations, giggles, and the kind of treatment that makes you feel singled out instead of welcomed as a paying customer. Including the managers, they participate in the weird behavior.
The service is consistently careless. My orders are rarely correct, and when they do hand me food, it’s either cold, old, stale, or thrown together sloppily as if they don’t care at all. Today was the last straw: I was given fries that weren’t even cooked through—literally still tasting frozen on the inside, like they had just dipped them in grease and pulled them right back out. On top of that, the basket of fries I paid extra for was basically the size of a small fry, with no wax paper at the bottom and fries just tossed in carelessly. The chicken nuggets were just as bad—hard, brown, cold, and stale to the point of being inedible.
When I went back up to complain and asked for my food to be made properly, instead of apologizing or correcting the issue with professionalism, I was met with attitudes and excuses. One worker even tried to explain away the undercooked fries by saying they had “just changed the grease.” Regardless, that doesn’t excuse handing out half-cooked food.
To make matters worse, the way customers are treated here is deeply inconsistent. While I was waiting far too long for something as simple as an ice cream cone, I watched several other people—who ordered after me—receive their food quickly, including desserts like McFlurries. I wasn’t given my cone until I got up to the counter and asked for it directly, which shows they had no intention of giving it to me otherwise. The workers were more focused on laughing and staring than doing their jobs, and it’s clear there’s favoritism in how different customers are treated. And being that i’ve spent about $30 today, I expected them to be a little more generous and considerate.
This isn’t just a one-time occurrence either. It happens every time I come here. Orders wrong. Food undercooked. Unprofessional behavior. Long, unnecessary waits. Workers making excuses instead of fixing their mistakes. It feels like they don’t care about customer service at all.
Another big issue is the lack of cleanliness and professionalism. I’ve seen staff touching their faces, messing with their noses, not washing their hands, and then going right back to handling food. The drive-thru is just as bad—orders are wrong, food is held back, and workers are too busy joking around instead of focusing on customers.
Bottom line: this location is one of the worst-run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. If you want food that’s actually fresh, made correctly, and given to you without being stared at or disrespected, I highly recommend going somewhere else. This place needs serious management attention and retraining across the board.
On top of everything else, there is also a very concerning racial issue here. It seems like only one particular group of people gets treated fairly, while Black customers are constantly singled out, given the worst service, or left waiting. I’ve personally noticed that whenever a Black person has an issue, it turns into an argument or problem, but when the Mexican customers come in, everything runs smoothly with no issue. It’s a huge red flag that this restaurant only seems to want one race working there, too. I’ve applied multiple times as a young Black person looking for work, and never once have I been contacted, while I continue to see new Mexican workers added all the time. As a child and a paying customer, I should never have to feel like I’m being treated differently because of my race, but that’s exactly the experience I’ve had here over and over again.

I rarely give reviews, but I’ve had enough with this McDonald’s, every time I come here, they keep you waiting 20 minutes to give you an incorrect order. The first time I went, they had my order right but they were calling another number, I said it was mine because I was watching them put the food in the bag, if not; someone else would’ve gotten my food. The second time I waited almost 20 minutes again when the restaurant was pretty much empty, they just don’t care about customers, they had my order sitting there without even asking anyone whose it was. The third time I said “this is it, I’m not coming back”. I waited 20 minutes again for ONE MCDOUBLE, it was sitting there on a kitchen table the whole time and they never worried about calling the order, until I lost my patience and asked for it, and the young guy just laughed. Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, they need to change the staff, I’d rather go some more miles from home to another McDonald’s, not because they need my money but because I need FAST FOOD, if I wanted to deal with this I’d got to a 1 star slow actual food restaurant. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Update: Ordered breakfast on 12/1 from 1308 east Freeway through Door Dash. Ordered 3 sausage egg McMuffin s only received 2. And yes I got pictures

Horrible location. Nothing is organized here. Long waits, especially when you come inside. The employees treat customers like crap. The act like royalty or like they are the CEO of McDonald’s, horrible attitudes. If they cared as much as about quality of service as they do about Maria keeping the parking lot swept, it would be a much better place.

Let me start off if i could give NEGATIVE stars that would be what i put i will NEVER recommend this location , i come here because its close to were i work and i regret it every time. they ignore curbside all the time. I use it for my convience but it never is convient i end up waiting 20 min to go inside and find out that my food hasnt even been started. Today i visited and went through the drive thru instead only to be told they didnt have any mobile orders i gave them my code to be told it didnt work and i said well maam thats the only thing i was given and she continued to tell me she didnt know. i was finally told to come to the second window after a line had developed and they tried giving me an order that wasnt mine and when i asked for a manager i was told there wasnt one and maybe they would be there at 7am it was 6:30 so i asked for a redfund for her to snatch the food back ( the order that wasnt mine) and she slammed the window as another women proceeded to tell her the ticket was right there on the counter for my order. the staff is really rude and unprofessional and i will tell anyone and everyone about my unpleast experience. i also have reached out to cooperate it looks like thisd is a frachise . just do not visit this location the one off o’conner and 114 is way better.

The level of incompetence at this location is absolutely buffaloing. I waited a whole 25 minutes just to get a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. Now this may be due to me placing a mobile order for pickup in the curbside pickup parking lot, however despite technical difficulties when I went inside to check on my order I was met with hostility disrespect and disregard. A manager that can barely speak English and speaking to other employees talking mess as if I could not understand Spanish. Unfortunately for her I did understand what she was saying as well as another customer.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the state that I have been to. They treat customers like crap inside the restaurant. The second time I was there was late overnight and I was not surprised when I had to wait for 20 minutes just to get 2 simple sandwiches totally disgusting same treatment girl at second window said you no like go elsewhere even I couldn’t believe that but she said it and will be calling corporate about the service and reactions from the employees
