The customer service here is horrible. there’s this one girl that wears glasses and she just shoves the food up my face. no “hello how are you” or nothing. she’s just shoving the food up my face without saying a word to the customer. no smile, no kind words, just rudeness. I strongly believe that if ur working in fast food, you should be aware that you must show great customer service and they should provide it by being nice to the customer even with just a simple “hello” or “have a good one.” apart from that, every time I come here I’m always missing food/drinks or they never give me the correct amount of sauces and never even ask if I would like a sauce for my food. It’s annoying. I hate the customer service here and will not be returning here ever again. BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS, ASK IF WE WANT SAUCES, AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE HANDING THE FOOD TO THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER IS ACCURATE!

Not my go to,but when the kids are hungry, it’s a stop.. one of the main issues here is the kid taking orders in drive-thru.. cannot understand a word at all, talks in a low voice, and mumbles..

The staff are very good about taking your money but needs improvement on making sure that they have the order correct. Too much focus on taking our money and not enough on making sure that they are giving us what we paid for is not good service.

Do not go to the mcdonalds on 950 s betline..They served us molded breakfast this morning. The manager was nice and refunded us. But a man came directly behind us and they served him molded breakfast too.

Always great people during the day, the night crew has something to desired. The difference is day and night. No pun intended. If you go before 5:00 am in the morning they never get your order right, I mean never. I’ve been going there twice a day for a year now and at least 2 times a week for more than 15 years.

I ordered through the app and for delivery. I never received the collectible I paid for and my nuggets were cold inside and the fries were very gross! They almost tasted like they had been refried! I attempted to contact the store on many occasions since receiving this order and NO ONE seems to know how to answer the business phone, but I’m sure If it were their cell phone, they would answer it immediately! I came in with my sister to see why I couldn’t reach anyone and they were not busy! I saw numbers employees on their cells… either texting or calls! I even called the store and heard the phone ringing. Clearly being ignored! I couldn’t even find a clean place to sit. I asked if a manager was available and was informed that the current manager was busy. When asked why I needed the manager. I explained the missing item and the food issue, I was told I would need to come in the morning and speak with someone! Wow!! Didn’t ask name or nothing! When I asked cashier’s name, I was told I didn’t need to know! I’m glad I wasn’t a secret shopper!! That would have been a FAIL!!!

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Waited over 10 minutes for a dine in order. The kiosk instructs you to wait at the table and they will bring it. They will not. They will set you food on the counter and watch it get cold. This would be better as a parking lot.
