The manager Karla’s attitude was unacceptable. She was openly dismissive, rude, and unwilling to communicate professionally. Her behavior came across as arrogance and a lack of basic respect.

Multiple public complaints about her behavior already exist, yet nothing appears to change. That reflects a serious lack of accountability at this location. Management sets the tone for the entire store, and unfortunately the tone here is not one of professionalism or respect.

Very disappointing experience, especially as a frequent customer. I will not be returning to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. While waiting for my food, I watched a polite customer come back in to let the manager, Karla, know that his Grinch socks were missing from his order. Instead of listening, she interrupted him mid-sentence and said, “We put it in the bag,” without taking even a moment to check or hear him out. The gentleman simply said “OK” and walked away, but it was clear he felt dismissed.

I approached Karla afterward to share that, as a manager, she should be more professional and listen to customers. Before I could even finish speaking, she walked away from me as well.

As a manager I expected much better service and communication.

The fish sandwich was really, really old, refried for at least 3 times and with an insane stench of rotten tide. The good thing is that they replaced it with a less stinky one. I guess it is my bad eating fish at Macdonald, but this was the first time something like this happened to me.

Trash location even for a Walmart insert. 11:30 am and food is completely cold. Like, cold cold. We asked for no salt on the fries, and they argued rudely that we weren’t getting fresh fries because they serve what is already cooked (disgusting). We ordered them with no salt for a reason, not to get fresh fries. Staff was complaining about how much they make, etc.
Gave us diet drinks because their machine was out. Even the chicken nuggets were real soggy in the breading like they didn’t cook them all the way through.
Refused a refund, and were extremely rude.
It’s sad even for a fast food place. I’m concerned about the level of attitude when they aren’t wearing any hair nets, gloves, and are touching their faces and bodies, then the food.

Ordered the BOGO, only reason I purchased as McDonald’s is not what it use to be and I was hungry. Boy did I make a mistake.
OMG, food was ice cold, I mean not even a hint of warmth, not even room temperature. I had to throw it out for fear of food poisoning; hope the 2 bites I consumed don’t get me sick.
The bun (bottom cap) was rock hard on one quarter of it. Stale and hard.
Meat was old, dry and hard. Totally unacceptable.
Disgustingly bad, shame on you McDonalds.
Do not patronize this pitiful excuse of a quick serve restaurant.

Today’s experience at McDonald’s was nothing short of exasperating and wholly unacceptable. As a healthcare professional with a tightly packed schedule, I placed a mobile order, selecting ‘pick up at counter,’ and arrived at the location just 10 minutes later, expecting a seamless transaction. Instead, I was met with outright rudeness from a short Hispanic female employee who curtly informed me that my order receipt was nowhere to be found. She insisted, without a shred of courtesy, that I was required to notify staff ‘I’m on the way’ prior to arrival for my order to be prepared—a policy I’ve never encountered in McDonald’s mobile ordering instructions. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to assist escalated the situation, as she repeatedly pushed me away, claiming the order number I presented on my phone was invalid.
Frustrated, I requested the manager, who, to his credit, promptly located my order receipt inexplicably stuck near a fryer machine. However, the employee’s unprofessionalism didn’t end there. In a baffling attempt to cover her error, she doubled down with a blatant lie, asserting that my order had already been picked up. First, my order didn’t exist, and now it was supposedly claimed by someone else? The inconsistency of her falsehoods was almost as infuriating as her lack of accountability. The manager, thankfully, prepared my order, but the entire ordeal stretched a routine pickup into a 45-minute debacle. This unacceptable delay not only disrupted my workday but also postponed critical patient care responsibilities, which is intolerable given the urgency of my role in healthcare. Such incompetence and dishonesty reflect poorly on the establishment, and I fully intend to escalate this matter to HR for a thorough review.

The ladies are so damn rude back there. For literally no reason. They have the worst service I have ever seen in my life. And I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this is just terrible! They don’t make the order exactly how you ask for it either. If you’re so miserable just quit and let other people work instead! I have tried giving them multiple chances but it just gets worse every time. Do better and treat people how you want to be treated!
