Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s on March 6th. My toddler and I got there around 9:18 PM to eat in the lobby, and I even set a timer so we would make sure to leave before 10 PM. My toddler usually never finishes his food, but that night he was actually enjoying it and eating well.
At 9:37 PM, the lady closing the lobby (she was wearing glasses) started rushing us to leave. I told her, “He’s almost done eating,” he literally only had his fries left to eat but instead of giving us a minute, she stood right in front of our table watching my toddler eat and dangling her keys like she was trying to pressure us to hurry up.
It made my child so uncomfortable that he asked to leave because he couldn’t even eat normally & didn’t feel comfortable with her literally standing there staring at him. We ended up leaving the lobby at 9:42 PM, which is still well before 10 PM. There was absolutely no reason to rush us out like that, especially when we were still within lobby hours and my toddler was just trying to finish his food.

I really do try to assume things will get better at this location but they never do. consistently i have received the wrong items and had to go back to get the proper item, the food usually comes out cold, fries come out with little to no salt. They will offer to upgrade your order for an additional cost, then give you the wrong size at the window. Tonight, in particular, I received the wrong size drink after paying for a large. When I told the staff member at the window, she decided to argue with me rather than just remake the drink. I wasn’t going to review on this issue alone, but when going through my food once i was home, they had completely left out a pie, and given me none of the sauces i had asked for. The staff here does not care about taking care of their customers. They do not care to make sure they are handing out the right thing, and are charging people for items they aren’t giving them. After 3 years of frequently visiting here(and being disappointed), I can confidently say this is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. I suggest either management at this location get the situation under control, unless losing more customers is the genuine goal.

Horrible service & major waste of time!!! Unprofessional and very unproductive undertrained Staff! The “on duty manager” at midnight last night named Adriana Needs to be trained. I have it on recording that she Stated several times, she didn’t know how to help me even after me asking to resubmit an order and pay for it again. She still didn’t know how to do her job. I even explained to her in Spanish, which only seem to make her even more unprofessional with me. I simply was a customer trying to purchase food and she couldn’t find it or resolve the problem. I wonder what it is a manager does for her pay?????

McDonald’s breakfast never disappoints. The coffee is surprisingly good—hot, smooth, and the perfect pick-me-up in the morning. I always grab an Egg McMuffin or a Sausage McMuffin, and they’re consistently fresh and delicious. The speed and convenience make it an easy go-to when I’m on the move. Great way to kick off the day!

CAME TO THIS LOCATION AT 2 AM ON SUNDAY FEB 22. RETURNED HOME TO EAT MY MEAL AND BIT INTO PAPER ON MY QUATER POUNDER. RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AND TOLD THE MANAGER ON DUTY WHAT HAD OCCURRED. THEY REPLACED THE ORDER. I RETURNED THE NEXT DAY ABOUT 2PM. I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH A DAY TIME MANAGER. AFTER EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPEN SHE KINDA BLEW IT OFF BECAUSE NO ONE SHARED THE INCEDENT IN JER GROUP MESSAGE. AS IF IT DID NOT HAPPEN. REALLY RUDE LADY AND SPOKE LIKE JOB WA MORE IMPORTANT THAN A CUSTOMER ISSUE. I WORK IN SERVICE AND SHE BY FAR IS THE WORST MANAGER IVE EVER DEALT WITH. OFFEREDE A REFUND FOR THE BURGER AND THAT I SIGNED A PAPER…I DECLINED SIGNING ANYTHING. I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE THE INFO. FOR THE OWNERS FRANCHISE AND SHE SAID SHE IS NOT AT LIBERTY TO GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION (LIES). I JUST DIDNT FEEL VALUED AS A CUSTOMER IN THE WHOLE INTERACTION. BAD ATTITUDE AND LACK OF DECORUM DURING OUR INTERACTION. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE AND IN THE BRAND. I CAN ACCEPT A MISTAKE BUT THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE TO MANAGE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ARE LACK LUSTER AT BEST…THE COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER

Better quality, better taste, bigger small cups size for a carmel frappie over 4Bucks Coffee house. Fries and nuggets were hot and cooked in clean oil for 2:30PM on a Saturday! I’ll be back!

Zero stars. Placed an uber eats order for 5 people. No sauce. Not one single sauce. We had 2 orders of 10 nuggets, lots of fries. I even added more to the order in the app. Ya’ll really suck for that.
