Made a Mobil order because my points apparently “expire” (so much for loyalty rewards). Ordered went through drive thru and was told to park in the Mobil order spots, while they served the four cars after me, who hadn’t even placed an order prior to my arrival. (Pre ordered Mobil). Ended up walking in after 5 mins, where the employee was casually putting on a vest, and chatting. My order was sitting on the counter, for who knows how long before they saw me and then apologized because drive thru was “too busy to help other customers”. My son eats regular mcchicken PLAIN and they gave me this crap. Now I have to go somewhere else to buy a burger because I done left this location and it’s not close by!! What a waste of money!!!!

Their kiosk is totally useless. I placed my order, waited for 30 mins for half of order to come and the other half is out of stock. I had to wait another 10 mins for manager to give me my refund.

Food came out hot and delicious. Fries were mediocre compared to the typical McDonald’s fries I see. Playground is different and fun. Also I’m not sure if this is a new thing or not, but they offered hot chocolate with the kids meal. Overall a good and clean place.

I went through the drive thru the employee told informed me to park a few yards away to wait for my order. So I did that almost 20 min later I was still waiting. Had i not went inside to get my order the employees or manager wouldn’t notice.

I only rated the food a 2 because there was a hair in my burger… I picked up lunch so I could have lunch with my grandchild at school for his “grandparents day” at school and halfway through my burger I found a hair. I just threw the rest away. But other then that everything else was good from service to cleanliness of the location.
