Fries cool to cold and burger was dry the bead was harder than crouton and the cheese was hard. I drive for a living and have eaten many times at McDonald’s but this is the wort i have had in a longtime.

this place does have a play place, however the emergency exit door that is supposed to keep children safe is not make an alarm if someone tries to open it, which makes me terrified to bring my daughter here and I honestly just cannot stand the fact that they’re playing awful music and that it’s partially a gas station. I would not recommend this McDonald’s. I would recommend you just drive down the street a little bit further and you will get better food, better service and probably not have to hear Yankee Doodle dandy on repeat

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to, and the customer service was poor. McDonald’s used to allow you to purchase just the Happy Meal toy, but now you’re charged full price as if you’re buying the entire Happy Meal. On top of that, they give out the same toys repeatedly and refuse to switch them—even when they’re unopened. Very frustrating experience. :/

THE LADY THAT HAD WORKED ON MY ORDER SHOULD GET A RAISE!!! We went near 1 am and ordered 15 burgers and a meal. We drive up to the window seeing that there was only one worker there and she had gotten our order out quick with no mistakes! She was handing both lanes LIKE A PRO! Promotion material for sure! She had short dyed blonde hair unfortunately didn’t catch her name.

This place has gone down hill. A few months ago the night crew was awesome, really friendly, always got the order right. Whatever changes they have made recently tho with the new night crew has been terrible. Its like they hate being there. No manners and rude. They rush to take your order, (regardless of mot being busy) and if they forget something its like it’s your fault. Had a missing item and had to loop back around the drive thru, let them know, was just told to rudely to go to the first window, had 4 cars in front of us at that point, so had to wait with the food we had just gotten, which by the time we reached the window was now cold. Didn’t even bother to mention it because the experience had already sucked so much and they seemed annoyed even tho they left out the item to begin with. Please do better.

The guy working the drive-through looked exhausted while taking orders. He had to raise his voice because the customer was struggling to order. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean everyone else is. Please let him take a break before putting him back to work.
You may be treated like a king or queen at home by your parents, but at work, professionalism matters.
You need to hire people who build the business, not those who destroy teamwork.

I went in through the drive thru. A man took my order. It was a mobile order.
Once I got to the window a nasty nasty nasty lady said “oh he wasn’t supposed to take your order”
Asked for my order code.
Then closed the window.
(So I was okay cool she put me in the system. There’s about 10 cars behind me since the line was along.)
Then opens the window back up and says.
“I don’t see your order”
And closes it again.
Opens it back up and says “WHAT”
Like ummmm??
“You have to get at the end of the line your order isn’t here.”
So then I TOLD HER TO CANCEL IT!
I’m not going in the 20 minute line again!
She must have been on something for being so crazy! At 8am in the morning!
Suddenly she can clearly see my order!!!
She cancels my order and it still showed on the app
What happened to “I have no order”
Corporate needs to look into this location. Sounds like she is making excuses to cancel people order to not work.

How can you say there was no order.
But you were able to cancel it
Here is the plot twist!
She didn’t cancel! She pushed that I RECEIVED IT!
So now I got charged!
And received nothing!
If y’all don’t want somebody else, taking orders on the drive-through . THEN DON’T HAVE SOMEBODY ELSE TAKING ORDERS.!!

What can you say. It’s a McDonalds. Average store with a gas station attached. Usually not too busy. 9 out of 10 times they send you around to park and wait for your food. It’s ok.
