Went on my lunch break and ordered my food at 12:08, and yhere was only 1 customer in front og me, and maybe 3 in the drive through. At 12:25, I still didnt have my food, soI asked for a refund because I already had to go back in to work. They tried to hurry and giveme my food real quick, so I said “no, I want a refund.” Thr manager said “why?” I said “because Ive been waiting for 20 minutes and I already have to go back in to work, so I dont have time to eat. I need a refund.”

Night shift (1:18am 2/18/20. Food hot, prepared correctly and in an above timely manner! One of fastest but nicely prepared orders! Demonstrated all of McDonald’s known training and had a friendly disposition. One of few that didn’t have issue using BOGO receipt promo( have had issues at other locations but not here at all)! Give night shift 5star all around!

I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s due to repeated order errors and poor communication. I initially ordered a drink with oat milk. I was told they didn’t have oat milk, so I clearly asked for it to be removed and said I’d take regular milk instead. I was told that was fine.
I then ordered 6 cookies and a small fry. At the pickup window, the order was read back incorrectly (mentioning items I never ordered). I corrected it again. Despite this, I was given fries, drinks, and an additional bag containing oatmeal I had already asked to be removed. I was told to park and wait for cookies.
When I checked the bag and saw the oatmeal, I went back to the window and was told that it had been read back to me earlier, which wasn’t accurate. I was never given a receipt, and I had already corrected the order multiple times.
At that point, rather than making a scene, I chose to leave. The situation could have been handled much more professionally with clearer communication and attention to the customer’s corrections.

The manager of this location should try offering more hours to have more employees working nights; it’s clear that the demand is higher than the number of employees they are currently employing. Take to long time to go drive-thru.
Furthermore, they don’t have what’s available in the app; there’s a lack of work between the system and what they can actually sell at that location.

I had to wait 20 minutes at this location for a KIOSK order. I heard a woman working behind the counter make a joke, absolutely referencing me, to her coworker that “she’d been here since i came into work!” right after he handed me my order of one small fry and a large cup. which, if the staff were doing her job, should never have taken 20 minutes. To hear a joke about it was wild after her coworker that actually gave me my order “apologized” for the wait. They were not busy, just incompetent.
Needless to say I won’t be back – and I hope they stop EXTORTING their customers with the irregular pricing of items (almost 9 dollars for a filet o fish ? huh?!)
edit: oh! and i forgot to mention!! the woman’s bathroom had the strongest smell of feces imaginable, just to top it all off.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to speak up about what happened. One of the male servers treated me in a way that was flat-out racist. He was rude, dismissive, and ignored me while serving others who came in after me. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a place that’s supposed to serve everyone equally.
What made it worse is that this same employee seemed to go out of his way to impress his manager—constantly doing extra tasks even when the place was empty. It felt less like dedication and more like he was trying to prove something or show off, all while treating me like I didn’t belong.
No one should have to experience that. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses it, because this kind of behavior is not okay.

Outstanding and engaged young man at the counter. He earned this location a five-star review alone! Typical McDonalds food, but high marks on getting us really fresh and hot fries. Only downside was our visit was early evening and traffic was horrendous due to rush hour and the commuter trains shutting down the intersection. It took a long time to go back the way we had come.
