Our kids’ meals are always wrong, and we have to come back. If you order just on the menu, you will be fine. This one is fast and they always try to fix it. It’s us with the picky kid that’s not MacD’s fault.

Ordered in-app for counter pickup. Got there and inside is shut down, with only drive through open (before 9 pm). Was forced to wait almost 20 minutes to get through the drive through before I could get me food. And then the food was cold, as it had clearly been pulled together when I first arrived and checked in.

Tried ordering in mobile app, but the app wouldn’t process the order, “having trouble on our end”. Website says lobby open till 10 pm, but doors were locked by 9:30. Really long and slow line. Taco Bell is next door, so thats nice.

The person working up front, apparently by himself according to him, refused to help me at the counter and told me to go to the kiosk. When I told him no, he ignored me. After several drive thru orders had been completed, he came to the register. I tried to explain why I couldn’t use the kiosk and he rolled his eyes at me and gave me attitude. It was like I had ruined his whole day with him having to help me. Then while waiting on my food, he consistently looked it my direction with disdain. All I can say is if this is the type of people McDonald’s is going to hire, then I will not be coming back.

Literally the worst McDonald’s experience. First the guy at the drive thru speaker could not understand our order and asked “huh” about 5 times. Then we get up to the window I ask for sauces and the guy says did you order through the app I said I just ordered in the drive thru. He then says we can only give out sauces if you order through the app. I’ve never heard this at any McDonald’s. We won’t be returning to this McDonald’s again! The people working are so unprofessional.
