Every single morning for the past month I come to this location and get a large hot coffee and sit in my vehicle with my service dogs and come in to get a refill on my coffee before heading out for the day but today was different I was told I had to purchase another one and couldn’t receive a refill due to going through drive thru. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and what I got looks NOTHING like the photo.
I understand things don’t always look perfect, but this one is just unacceptable.
It’s sloppy, unappetizing, and completely different from what you advertise.
You really need to do better — this is not okay.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I received. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, which were supposed to be without onions, without condiments, and with extra pickles. Unfortunately, both burgers contained onions and condiments, with a normal amount of pickles. Additionally, both burgers were cold and of poor quality.
This experience was highly disappointing, and I hope that future orders will meet the expected standards. I kindly request that you address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

This is my normal location as it’s close proximity to my home and never have really had any significant issues but today the manager at this location gave me an attitude while ordering at the drive thru. I requested a coke for my meal and she stated they were out. I asked what other options were available as I did not see them on the menu. She didn’t respond until I asked a third time to which she said with an attitude “ohhh my gosh” while grunting and finally told me the options available (which could barely be understood with how quick she said them). I would not have asked three times had she responded to me the first time. As a manager you should know how to provide good customer service. I can’t imagine how she is with her employees! She should really consider finding another job if she’s not happy working here or be able to separate work from personal issues if that’s the reason behind her attitude.

They mess up the cups for the ice coffee, they didn’t give the same cup on the orders if you put a large one they give you a medium one, it happens all the time.
