We ordered via mobile and the order was prepared on time accurately. The drive thru is fast and the overall atmosphere is okay. There’s a children’s play area inside the restaurant. Ample seating arrangements and parking available at this McDonald’s.

I ordered a #8 Bacon Bagel, No Cheese, No Butter, No Butter Sauce, Crispy Bacon. I received a Bacon and Egg Biscuit. I drove all the way back up and went back through the drive thru. They said to pull forward and they would fix it. “No apology”! After waiting another 10 min the Manager came out carry a coffee asking if I had order one I said no, that I have been waiting on a Bagel sandwich that they had given me a biscuit instead. The manager went back in and finally came back with the correct on 5 min later. I asked how I could prevent this from future orders and he said “someone else must have gotten your order and to have a good day”. Still “no apology!” As a side note, the mistake was made in the kitchen not the lame excuse that someone had gotten my order because the order reciept attached to the bag was exactly what I had ordered. I told the manager as he walked off that this type of service is unacceptable and he responded. “Have a good day!”

This McDonald’s was one of the best ones I have been too! The fries were hot and crispy and the burger was good compared to recent McDonald’s I have been too! Service was fast and employees were friendly! Definitely would recommend this location!

everytime i come up to this mcdonald’s customer service is trash they girls always have an attitude. I order food and a drink i said at the drive thru widows sweet tea i get to pay look at my receipt it say unsweet. when i get to the last widow , the young lady tried to convince me it was sweet tea , so i tried it . tasted unsweetened water . so i ask for a diff drink they caught an attitude and maybe me wait 5 mins to get a new drink .

I had a really frustrating experience with McDonald’s customer service. The employee who took my order was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. I was calmly trying to give my app numbers and place my order, and there was no line or pressure behind me. I asked several times for help and even requested that someone else take my order, but I was ignored. No one should have to go through such an awful experience just to place a simple order.

Always eat here, very nice place to eat at. Order is always correct, and tastes amazing. Matthew, specifically, was awesome at the drive through, very personable, and hard working. We need more people like this, for real. Thank you guys!!

When I visit McDonald’s to enjoy a meal, I should expect to enjoy the whole experience. Today Nov 10th around 8:30pm, i took my kids for dinner, we ordered 3 meals with coca cola fountain drink. THE COCA-COLA IN THE FOUNTAIN DRINK WAS FLAT NOT A SODA DRINK AT ALL, HOT, AND TASTE HORRIBLE, one of the staff told me its like that since yesterday!!! Is that possible????
I enjoy my food with my drink but I was not happy at all with this visit. I asked on of the staff, and she got me a drink from the machine for the drive thru. Guys your machine inside your resturant and I’m paying for it, at least let me know that there is an issue with the machine before I buy it as to decide to continue my order or not!!!

Around 11:40pm I order bacon double quarter pounder large meal with hot mocha with extra pumps of caramel and French vanilla. When we pulled up to the second window they gave us a mocha frappe and we told the guy that we ordered a hot mocha and he said yes twice and I told him again and he said yes again. Seems like the guy didn’t know a lot of English and didn’t know what he was doing. The fries were cold and the buns of my burger was very oil and the burger is cold.
Update: ate the food the fries and burger were bland and not warm. The buns were so oily when I squeezed the bun more of the oil came out and part of the bottom bun started to fall off because it was that oily.

This location is clean and well-maintained, especially the play area. My child really enjoys coming here to play, which makes it a great spot for families with kids. A pleasant and convenient place to stop by with children.
