Staff always seems miserable. Not their fault, but they for sure show it even if I am very polite to them they act annoyed. Maybe work on better working conditions so your staff doesn’t hate working there as much. Food is always mid CEO will barely eat it.

The delivery was excellent and no tapes were broken so as I opened the bags I grab my drink and as usual no straws no napkins. Normally there is no straws or napkins but delivery charges more for the food and delivery plus tip. Where would you like us to WALK to get straws after delivery? Folks we order larger amounts of food increasing sales however delivery can’t open the bags. So the food was great and fresh but Employees….DO BETTER. Your service inside is great so extend that to those of us you aren’t seeing face to face. No straws no napkins. Thanks McDonald’s

Really this is how management allows food to go out to the customers I’m so disappointed, I didn’t expect anything special, just to have my order made to brand standard not this subpar joke. First the BigMac has half the sandwich not even sauce on the top bun or anything, and the Quarter Pounder was raw in the same order. I worked for 12 hours expect to pick up dinner and get a decent fast food meal for my wife and me not food poisoning and a half made sandwich. Buyer beware.

Generally pretty fast even if they are busy. But like most McDonald’s, you just gotta check your stuff cause sometimes they be slippin and sometimes they be on point. You just never know lol 50/50 ♂️

The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. We could order at the counter, thru the app, or at a kiosk when you enter. I love the options. Finally, my food was hot and fresh.

We had two of the twenty piece nuggets and two spicy McChickens that came with two cheeseburgers and fries it also came with ten piece nuggets also add to Powerade drinks. And also we had another 4 another deal of fries and nuggets and a Big Mac with fries and a quarter pounder and everyone got different drinks than what me and my husband got and the two kids should the 20-piece nuggets and they also had a play area for the kids and also

Will never return to this Mcdonalds. Drive thru service is terrible. Food order wrong and fries cold. Ended up at Wendys where the food was hot and tasted delicious. Service was even top notch. Mcdonalds could learn alot
