DO NOT pay extra for condiments, because you won’t get them anyway. Done with this location. A few dollars or not, we work for our money by doing our job correctly. I encourage these people to do the same rather than stealing from customers. Before I get railroaded for being mean…If this was a one time thing, I would excuse it, as being a human mistake. When it happens every visit, it is a pattern of untrained LAZINESS!

Great staff, order correct, hardly any wait. Food spot on and correct.The ordering and dining area are a bit small so definitely recommend using the app to cut down on feeling scrunched. Not the worst bathroom, could use a couple repairs,clean. Positives great employees seemd well trained. Definitely visit the dinosaur out front!

Food was good but service lacked. Quality of the food was just about the same as any other McDonald’s. Service was a bit slow and somewhat unfriendly. The person on front counter didn’t smile or use a customer friendly tone. Some things were not correct, specifically the sauces; they were not given and when asked for them, given incorrectly. Overall, I would eat here again, but if service continued as the way it did today, I wouldn’t like to.

Out of Big Macs, really? And I’m guessing all the employees snagged the grinch socks. McDonalds is not what it used to be and now you pay even more for the processed toxins. Didn’t even eat there since they were out.

I am glad there was a kiosk because this was the slowest, rudest McDonald’s I have ever been to. We arrived, with no one else there and it took around 20 to 30 mins for like 50 nuggets and three cheese burgers. But that’s not the worst, I was told there was no sauces in the bag and when I told the lady she handed me like 3 sauces and said I had all of them. I tried to tell her that we didn’t have any in the bag, so she said she would only give us what was in the receipt. I said well then you gave me three and I should have more. Again she rolled her eyes and acted like this sauce was plated in gold. Finally I left, to her credit there was sauce in the bag under everything, but damn she could of just nicely said I put it in there maybe you didn’t see it. Bottom line, I was surprised on how snotty she was and while I left with like one extra sauce she graced me with, I am still mad she was so rude . I would suggest you skip this one, sounds like there are other options down the road

OMG this place was more than bad !! I asked if they had any Special’s the guy in the drive through said NO.
I got my order the large fries were really cold not sure how, they were busy. I pulled around front to get my fries fixed, there on the windows were 4 Special’s , I had ordered through the drive thru. So while I was parked outside I looked at .the rest of my order, I got a Quarter Pounder w/cheese LG fries and a drink.
So the Fries were more than cold, my Quarter Pounder burnt beyond belief had Bacon but my drink was Great !!
